The training and onboarding system they have created is fluid and applies to any level of previous (or non) experience. I joined the company and am so pleased that I did. Andrew will hound you all day . When you don't agree with him he gets mad and doesn't have the phone call with you . There defiantly better option out there . he expects you to drop everything for him .

I have had a very positive experience so far. The one on one onboarding coaching sessions were very informative and transparent. I now know what's expected of me to succeed like they have in this business. Andrew and Kate are both good teachers because they're very specific and detail oriented.They really care and that's what is very important to me.
