great customer service
great customer service when a glass water filled snow globe broke in transit and ruined products in my order, they immediately sent me replacements, I have been using REX for years for all my xmas & birthday presents, such quirky unique items, everyone always loves their gifts

Easy to shop and some beautiful and whimsical products. I shop mostly for gifts for others and occasionally things for our home. Good quality. Delivery is prompt and everything is always well packaged in paper, either tissue or tough paper.

I am never disappointed with my REX products they are well made good value and always a bit different in design , they arrive well packed and very quickly afer ordering .I have been a long standing customer and I have always been happy with the quality of the whole experience !

My little girl is obsessed with her new…

I haven't shopped with Rex for a while…
I haven't shopped with Rex for a while when their sale popped up. Some lovely bargains so I ordered a couple of things. Over the moon with my purchases, a cool bag, a jigsaw and a stocking filler toothbrush!
