I purchased a Rexwood table through Amazon and was initially very pleased — the table itself is attractive, good value for money, and well made before the company's faulty assembly (by the fitter they provided and I paid extra for) became apparent.

Unfortunately, everything after that point was deeply disappointing.

When I tried to return the item, the seller engaged in repeated stalling tactics and unhelpful game playing that caused unnecessary stress and dragged the process out far longer than it should have. Only after involving Amazon’s A to z Guarantee did the situation finally get resolved.

The product is decent, but the seller’s behaviour was not. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this seller.
