The customer service of this company alone deserves 5*.
Speaking to the owner, you can see she believes in her product and after 1 match where my daughters confidence flourished after wearing it, I do too.
It's not a small amount of money to invest in your child's brain, and yet in the same breath, nothing at all if you think it will help alleviate the forces that could lead to a sub/concussion.

I ordered the wrong size, and being local to me, Judith came and met me to find the right size so that it didn't have to go through the postal service and we could ensure a secure and correct fit.

We love this product, it’s amazing and would highly recommend to anyone. My son started wearing one in 2022 and has worn it at every rugby and hockey training session and match since. That is testament in itself to how good it is.
The halo is sturdy and very comfortable to wear and importantly washes well.
The customer service received from Rezon has been first class as they cannot be more helpful. All I can suggest is if you don’t have one, get one!!

My son has been wearing a Halo for the past 3 years. He suffered 3 concussions in 1 year and were introduced to the rezon halo. Since wearing one he has suffered no concussion, I'm not saying wearing one is the only reason he hasn't suffered a concussion but in my opinion it has definitely help reduce the risk of concussions. He plays rugby every weekend and also plays for his school and is highly competitive individual playing a a very high level of contact sport!

Rezon are the epitome of customer service. I had ordered a halo for my son who plays rugby, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (tip: if you're sitting between sizes, size down) from start to finish their customer service was second to none. From discussing sizes, to explaining what the grip band does, to sending a new one out and allowing us to check the fit of both before returning the product... I cannot fault them, they have been absolutely amazing! Even sending me a personal thank you email regarding receiving additional payment (my son decided he wanted a coloured halo not black, plus I added a grip band on) and also another one to thank me for sending the unwanted one back.

The halo? Well, he's confident in training and his coach is impressed with the full scientific background to these around concussions, it washes well, quality is fantastic and it will definitely be a key item in my son's kit bag on training and match days from now on.

If you're undecided about getting one, don't be. Do it now, you won't regret it!
