Whatever you do, do NOT take a mortgage with this company. You will regret it. I had a mortgage with them, and getting out of it was nearly impossible.

RFA CANCILATION HAS NOT GOT ME OUT OF MY TIMESHARE AND DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE DECEMBER AS 18 MONTHS HAS PAST WITH VERY LITTLE CORISPONDENCE TO ME AND NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK WITH ANYONE. MY CONTRACT WITH THEM STATES I CAN RECIEVE A FULL REFUND IF THEY HAVE NOT GOT ME OUT OF MY TIMESHARE WITHIN 18 MONTHS

Samantha and David has the best customer service I've experienced. She was patient and very understanding to my situation at hand. Answered all of questions I could think of and David also helped answers my questions. I wasn't left with any confusion. I'm excited for this process and would recommend this firm.

They listen to the whole famliy story and dosen't judge becasue of things that happen.
