We had RGM out to service our boiler and gas as part of our initial home inspection after moving into our new home. Henry was extremely professional, friendly and thorough throughout.

During the inspection, Henry identified a leak, arranged for the necessary part to be ordered, and amazingly, someone was able to come out and complete the repair the very same day.

We were really impressed with the efficiency and communication from the team, and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. A huge thank you to Henry and the RGM team — we would highly recommend them!

I have just had my gas boiler serviced by a representative (Aaron) from RGM Heating this morning. I found Aaron to be professional and knowledgeable on undertaking this task using his skills and experience to undertake an important and necessary service.
I would highly recommend this company to undertake any heating works that you may require.

This is the second time of using rgm first time was a repair and managed to find a part for an obsolete boiler.
This time was a boiler replacement and from start to finish I have no complaints from the office staff who are very friendly and helpful plus the engineers have been out standing with the work getting carried out and left a clean and tidy area once finished plus a good explanation of how everything works

Got my old boiler replaced, plus additional plumbing work. Absolutely outstanding engineering job by Bryan. This was a challenging task and the end result nothing short of 10 out of 10. I have used RGM Heating before and like last time can’t recommend highly enough. Superb company, with exemplary customer service and professionalism.

Hugh and Rhys spent two days upgrading my old boiler with a new combi which required extensive work with removal of old tanks in attic, repiping, etc. I was very impressed by the amount of attention and effort to ensure that everything was perfect. The team was extremely punctual, cleaned up once the job was done and left me with an amazing new heating/hot water system. Couldn't recommend RGM more!

Highly recommend RGM heating from start to finish Kyle and Grant were excellent tidy engineers! They fitted a new central heating system and boiler and there work was amazing ! They made us feel at ease and confident that they would minimise the upheaval as we are not as young as we used to be !! Cannot thank them enough for leaving an excellent job and so tidy!! Cannot recommend them highly enough !

Billy, our engineer, was polite and professional installing our 2 radiators within a few hours. He even cleaned up leaving the 2 areas as he found them.
Also, Rachael organised the system clean with us several weeks previous to the radiator replacement and the install date.
All completed on schedule fabulously.

Kevin and David who installed the loft insulation at mum were brilliant.
Tidy, friendly and very informative about all they did. We also had new central heating fitted and smart wall vents . All the work was great and done in the time frame given. A good company who did what they promised with great workers and no hassle. Can highly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient repair made by Ian who explained the issue very clearly, fault fixed, safety check done. Very happy customer.
