My package was noted to be delivered and never arrived. I notified your company and was given several suggestions. My mail carrier when asked told me he did not deliver the package nor did he ever see it. I have notified your company yet again of this and did not receive a reply. I am very disappointed not to have received my package and to ultimately be ignored. I will not order from you again.

I intentionally bought xl because I wanted to be a sloppy at home sweatshirt. I love it. It's thick and warm, my only feedback is that hood is rather small for it's size compared to other med/large sweatshirts.
