We joined the course a few months ago and have found it very comprehensive. There is support all the way, with twice weekly opportunities to ask any questions and also meet and listen to other new investor's stories and learn from them. Colin and Richard are very experienced, great listeners and have a genuine desire to help you succeed in Property. There are one to ones included with the Customer Success Manager and I can't recommend it enough. If you have some funds to invest in property, the Property Accelerator Course will teach you how to make the most of it and improve your mindset in the process.

I’ve always been interested in property investment, but after watching so many videos and talking to different people, I became more cautious and unsure where to begin.

I have been searching for a property investment coaching mentoring program to help me for quite awhile. I’ve bought into many programs, but they haven’t been exactly what I was hoping for, but when I found Richard Norris’s Financial freedom online training course. Because of the way the training is structured and with lots of detailed information which I found easy to understand. I love the in-house community who are welcoming and supportive. A terrific program! We've been with Richard for 2 years, and during this time expanded our portfolio as well as acquired essential knowledge. Before the program we did not have a clear strategy, and today we can look 10 years into the future and see where we are going. We've started investing in different types of properties, and all throughout the program received top-notch advice, as well as great contacts who have helped finding properties, and also - detailed spreadsheets for evaluating deals, a huge help. We highly recommend Richard and his programs for serious real estate investors!

I've learnt loads through this programme. Coming in very green as as property investor, the coaching taught me the basics from adopting the right mindset through to finding an investment area, doing deals and building a sustainable business for the future. We just had our first coaching session with Richard Norris as part of the Quantum Property Package that we signed up to, and it was an extremely valuable and insightful experience. Right from the start, Richard’s authentic and welcoming approach put us at ease.

I have been on the program for almost a year now and it has helped me identify and achieve my goals and get from A to B.

Its hard work, but if you are willing to put in the time it can change your life. There are very detailed course materials, an extremely helpful community and brilliant one to one mentoring. It is a huge time and financial commitment, but its a great tool. However, you need to use it and make it work for you. The team have so much knowledge and experience and are so willing to go above and beyond, but like everything in life if you want it, you have to make it happen. Richard Ellis and Grant Barrie, have been particularly helpful to me.

Not everything is perfect and I have found aspects extremely challenging and didn't work for me, but the response to this has been brilliant and enabled me to create a program that works for me and it (and me) has got me where I wanted to get. For this reason I am giving it 5*.

We have been impressed not only by the course material but the team and the community.
The whole team Rich, Grant and Rick all have a huge wealth of knowledge and are very generous with their time and expertise.
The ‘one to one’ approach means in our case we have been able tailor the programme to our new personal situation and investing goals with expert guidance.
The actual course material is loaded with spreadsheets, covering deal and area analysis and legals.
The course content is very in depth and does requires time and commitment .
The quality of the community is great and we have some exciting new projects already in the pipe line.
We now feel confident moving forward especially with the ongoing support of Rich and the teams help in talking through projects and input in cross checking potential deals.
A fantastic programme if you do the the work and are proactive within the community.

Getting into the property game is both daunting and can be rather lonely. You stand to loose a lot not just cash but time and confidence.

This programme goes beyond the class room and provides you with a large and open network of people to talk through your challenges, discover what's made them successful and probably more importantly, what they didn't get right so that you're better informed when making your own investment decisions.

Having a mentor assigned to you from the off really puts you at ease as you can ask the questions that you'd be less inclined to do in an open forum. The mentors have been through the programme and so understand where you're coming from.

The twice weekly collaboration calls are helpful too with your peers effectively providing a good sounding board/challenge/support.

Further update: I received a reply acknowledging my email and to say they will respond within 3-5 days, that was 20th Oct, since then no attempts of a discussion have been made…

This is a course which teaches 1 way, if you don’t learn the way they teach, like me you waste your money.

I was one of the first to sign up and paid £12,000 only to find everyone else after me paid £10 or 8K.

I didn’t get on with the 100 boring 2 hour videos on mindset and taxation I could’ve seen on YouTube.

When I signed up I specifically said I wanted a coach who would take my results personally, they all agreed, promised the world but unfortunately that didn’t happen.

By the end of the year the only thing achieved was I was to lose £12,000

I am a coach (not in property) with over 10,000 121 coaching experience over 6 years, my success rate is in the high 80’s %, I know everyone gets results differently, some need more help than others, if my clients fail I see it as I have failed so I adapt my coaching to suit the clients needs so they get value for money, these guys don’t care about that, in my case they made all the promises to get the cash then didn’t care whether I actually got value for money or not, at the end of the year I was told this is how we do it, if you’ve got nothing from it that’s not their problem.

Before taking cash they’re all very responsive, messages and calls answered straight away, everything I asked for was a yes, as soon as the cash went over all that did a 360, then I was added to a queue and when I got to the front of that queue a week later on a call my requests were met with sighs and eye rolling, kinda made me feel a bit stupid, I’m not, I’m far from it, I already own a few million in property already, I just learn differently and when I raised that with them and how they could improve they wasn’t interested.

They were kind enough to extend the access to a weekly zoom call by 3 months as a gesture of good will but it was pointless, nothing changed and I’ve spoken to several others with the same experience.

I can't recommend this property course highly enough! It is extremely detailed, well-structured, and thoroughly thought out, making it perfect for anyone serious about starting and scaling a property portfolio . The material is comprehensive yet easy to follow, offering valuable insights into every aspect of property investing.

A huge shoutout to Grant and Rick, the property consultants I’ve been working with so far throughout the course. Their knowledge is second to none, and they’re always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and provide expert guidance. They’re approachable, friendly, and make complex concepts easy to understand, which has made my learning experience truly enjoyable.

Don’t get me wrong there’s a lot of work to do but if you’re willing to put in the effort, there will be great rewards.

If you're looking for a course that combines top-notch content with supportive and knowledgeable consultants, this is the one for you!

This programme has been exceptional from day one. It’s unique in the way it offers both a virtual education programme and then on-going consultancy/mentoring to support you on your property journey. I started the programme with a poorly performing Buy to Let and will conclude my year on the programme with a high performing HMO which will treble my monthly income and line of site to buy 2 -3 more HMO’s in 2025.

If you told me at the beginning of 2024 I would be able to achieve this I would have laughed. I would recommend this to anyone who loves property and sees it as a future wealth creation vehicle.

Like all programmes you need to invest time effort and be willing to work to be successful. If you do that this will help you leapfrog others in your property journey.

The lesson taught are life changing.

As someone who is process-driven the course was absolutely perfect for me. The spreadsheets provided to calculate deal & portfolio analysis were the resources I found most valuable. However, the videos are also very detailed and provided a lot of value too, especially when compared to other training courses I've completed. The addition of the weekly 1-2-1 calls also provides the more personal touch and I picked up some very useful nuggets of information from these through tapping into Rich's wealth of knowledge. Since joining the course in the summer of 2020 I have scaled my property business from 2 properties/5 units to 6 properties/28 units, with many more to come... Worth every penny!

I want to know why you only mention men in your YouTube video? Strikes me as misogynistic and makes me feel this course is somehow dubious. Please can you clear up.

Still very early on with the course, but I'm impressed with how thorough the detail is and how Richard lays down the important foundations necessary to start a Property investing business. Time will tell how how well I can adapt to the strategies.
