Do not purchase from this company. We ordered two sizes as not sure which would fit. Arrived late. Came from China. Terrible quality. We have been unable to contact them for a refund despite countless efforts

The website shows these nice shoes, probably pictures from other sites, and then what turns up is completely the opposite. Don't, DON'T, buy from here. It really is not good quality and looks bad. To top it off it's proving difficult to send them back. I'm being offered ANOTHER pair for £15. I pay full amount and they then refund minus £15 and a 20% refund on the current ones, so even they don't want them back!! Don't go there.

Was told my order was out for delivery on 29th sept. And now today told it is in a queue to be despatched. I have emailed and txt but they are not going through. Beginning to think I’ve been scammed

SCAM COMPANY. "Linen shirt" is 100% polyester and "beige" is an ugly brown mustard colour. This Chinese fake company is a complete scam. In order to return the item, I must email them to begin the return process. No doubt I will receive no email back from them. I'll be attempting to charge back my payment with my bank.

IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY PLEASE GIVE IT TO A CHARITY INSTEAD. THE PEOPLE BEHIND THIS GLOSSY ADVERTISING, ARE SCAMMERS. ROTTEN TO THE CORE. AMELIA WILL SEND YOU ALOT OF UPDATES BUT NOT YOUR GOODS. IF YOU DO RECEIVE YOUR GOOD THEY ARE OF VERY BAD QUALITY . MIGHT AS WELL USE AS DUSTERS. VERY LITTLE CHANCE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.

Site pretends to be a high quality fashion shop in London, it is not. Quality of goods and amount of shipping time (2 weeks from order placed) was poor. Obviously goods were from China. Package came and no way to return the package. Do not buy from here a complete scam.

Terrible, ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived not even in a box and a completely different color to advertised, also took about 2 weeks to come.

Would give zero stars if possible. Took 2 weeks to be delivered and product is different colour to what I ordered and poor quality. Am trying to return but based on other reviews I do not hold much hope.

This place is a total scam. The product is nothing but a cheap bit of clothing that’s obviously been stitched together from cheap material for a quick sale. There is not even a label in it other than to say it’s made in China. The website claims that you can return the product but there is literally no information in the package to let you know how to go about this. In fact there is nothing else in the envelope. I emailed their “customer service” with no response. This place is a scam that I would recommend you stay far away from.

The shoes ordered took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and then were far too small, despite a note being put in that they had supplied up a size due to feedback. They were also not very good quality. No obvious way to return and get a refund. Will never use this website again

Terrible company, based in china, there is no mention of this until to try to return something. I am a size 9 shoe, ordered a 10 and 11 - they sent me an 11 and 12 and they were still too small. Am now going through the process of trying to get a refund through credit card company as you can’t get any sense from them- worst company I have ever dealt with

I sized up on clogs from a size 7 to an 8. They intentionally sent a size bigger and advised this in a card inside the parcel which I don’t mind however, the sizes are completely wrong. I’m originally a size 7, I ordered a size 8, they sent a size 9 and it was STILL too small. I asked to return them and they replied saying they would offer me half of the money back I said no I would just like to return them and of course, they never replied. I should’ve read the reviews.

Shocking company.

Took ages to arrive as they are not a UK based company and delivery is from overseas, their name is very misleading! The sandals look cheap and a size 13 did not fit my size 12 partener. I wish I'd read the reviews first and looked elsewhere. I have now purchased the same style but better and more robust quality and fitting from Cotton Traders at much less than half the price of these, even with a £10 refund, which of no use as i'm still £39 out of pocket. You do get AI email responses quickly but they don't deflect from this poor company. Don't bother, look elsewhere.

Absolute SCAM!! Cheap poor quality shoes that you’d expect from temu or shein. Sent a number of emails asking about returning them , but still no reply. WE LIVE AND LEARN.

Poor quality garments - loose threads, buttons came off on the first wear, badly fitted, slow to deliver. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE . Fake company name ,product everything DOJII . Your order coming from CHINA IN PLASTIC BAG👈🏻 RUBBISH .they charge 60 GBP . Which is not worth IT even 10 pound . Product is completely different then website .NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

Really wish i'd checked the reviews of this company first. I ordered a pair of suede clogs only to wait over a week for delivery and once they arrived. They were quite obviously cheap and lacked quality not to mention I ordered a size 13 whatvi recieved stated a eu size 48 but is more like a UK 9-10 completely inadequate. Tried contacting them multiple to no avail. Please avoid this company complete con artist

This is a bogus company
The products are Chinese junk, really bad quality
I ordered suede slippers and they are plastic rubbish, supposed to be a 10 and are more like 9
Order from this company at your own risk,you have been warned
And the delivery is in weeks not days
