I bought a 47 inch table on January 6th. The website said it would be dispatched within 48 hours. I had to email customer service after there was no update to learn the 47inch table is out of stock and they offered me the 53 or 59 instead and asked if I’d like to change the size…when that wouldn’t fit in my kitchen. It’s weird I had to email them asking about my order and then they don’t even have it in stock! I am still waiting on a refund, haven’t received it yet. Will update here if I get one. Don’t shop here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a chair and ottoman. The ottoman came with no chair it was over $1500. I paid and I have no chair and they say it got delivered together.
Fedex cannot help me because they say what they had got delivered
Likely, I will not get my money back… Awaiting unappropriate tracking number, but cannot get an additional tracking number for the chair
One email told me that the chair was being delivered with the ottoman and then another Chinese email told me the chair would be coming shortly but with no additional tracking information.
Shady, shady, shady
Now I have no idea if I will ever get my money back, but I am going to report them to my credit card company

Update to previous review.
We eventually received the 2nd night stand to replace the one that arrived broken.
I think they have given up with the 9 drawer dresser… they said to wait until mid November and if we don’t receive it they will issue a refund. They are not proactive with their follow up but will after 48hr respond to chasing emails with a response. Unfortunately the response has no resolution. So after 3 month still chasing.

I bought the Mid-Century Buffet Sideboard Storage Cabinet on September 17th. The sideboard looked like the perfect piece for my space. I never received tracking information for the furniture and after a month of waiting, I decided to look at reviews of Ricll. I was nervous because I do not see any comments or engagement on their Instagram, so that made me really question the legitimacy of them as a store. Upon visiting this review site it sounds like many individuals either receive poor quality furniture, lengthy delays, or not receiving items all together. This made me decide to reach out to Ricll and ask for a full refund before they ship my order. I emailed them on October 23rd asking to longer receive the product, and instead receive a full refund of the $1,653.35 USD that I spent on the sideboard. I received a quick response from their customer service apologizing for the delay and that it could be potentially ready to ship by the end of November. I said that I still wished to receive a refund instead of the product. They said they would process this ASAP, and I would receive the refund within seven days. I emailed them again on November 3rd stating that I still have not received a refund and it had been eleven days at that point. It is now November 9th and I still have not received a refund or further response from their customer service. I am very disappointed with my experience with this company, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I am willing to adjust my review, but not until I have received a full refund.
****Update**** I did receive a full refund after emailing them again. I am changing my review from one star, to two stars since they were able to fulfill the refund.

This place is FRAUDULENT! Don't buy from this store. You can look up their address and you'll see there is not store there. They took about $3,000 from me and now it'll likely end up as a claim in a day or so.

I ordered a vanity that arrived damaged. One of the legs was unstable.
I immediately provided an evidence to the seller, who acknowledged that the product was defective.
However, instead of processing a return, the seller asked me to accept a discount because the return shipping cost was high.
I declined, expecting a proper return and refund process.
This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time trying to resolve a simple and legitimate return.
I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company and sent a formal Demand Letter through my attorney.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any purchase from this seller.

We ordered the Round Extendable Dining Table Oval Pedestal Kitchen Table on September 9th and have received no shipping update whatsoever despite emailing multiple times for an update on the order. We would be OK with a delay if there was any kind of communication, but it has been awful customer service and lack of transparency as an overall company.

I had ordered a vanity two months ago. When emailing customer service after one month, they told me it had shipped but provided no tracking number. The customer service email specifically was in Mandarin, meaning they probably manufacture or drop ship all of their furniture from China. As of the last email I sent them asking for a refund, all they replied with was "we will check". I'm going to try a chargeback with my bank. Do not order from this company.

I do not recommend ordering anything from this company!!!! When I initially purchased the table website stated delivery within 6-9 business days. I ended up patiently waiting like 3 months. After receiving the table I realized it was faulty and immediately requested to return it within 3 days of receiving it. After sending videos and pictures customer service stopped responding to me after me declining a percentage off if I chose to keep it. After all this headache I was left with a faulty damage table which I waited 3 months. I wouldn’t trust anything from this company!

I bought two pieces of furnitures but they only delivered one. Been emailing the company and calling them for 5 days but has not gotten a response. The only furniture I got was an arm chair. Straight up feels like made in china and Chinese quality. Please DO NOT buy from this place. They’re a scam.

I bought a popular vanity and it came in almost 4 months later. At the time of writing this review one of the two boxes came in. It came in wrapped in a crate box and as much as I appreciate that it was difficult and dangerous to open. The vanity drawers felt cheap and flimsy and not well put together. It had wood chips everywhere and dirty fingerprints inside each drawer liner. The wood chips came from underneath the drawer where it sits on the soft close mechanism. As you can imagine it was not secure. The product overall does not meet my standards and it certainly is not worth the cost. They expect the item to be in its original packaging ready to sell but it’s very difficult to put it back together. I am just extremely frustrated with this purchase.

Even though we paid 1/2 of what we would have at a more established place, I think we paid too much. Can’t recommend.

Misleading origin, unauthorized shipment, and sketchy customer service — avoid RICLL.
I pre-ordered a vanity set from Ricll on December 11, 2024, via the Shop/Shopify platform. The product was listed as a furniture store in Italy, which heavily influenced my decision—I would not have spent this much on furniture made elsewhere.
The listing promised 6–8 weeks delivery, but by March 2025, I still hadn’t received anything. When I reached out through the Shop app chat, Ricll’s customer service couldn’t provide a concrete explanation and accepted my cancellation. I waited for the refund since then.
Then on June 4, 2025 - nearly six months after ordering, I received two large boxes with unclear labels and no invoice. The return address wasn’t from Ricll at all—it was a random person named Michael Campbell in TN. Only after a delayed Shop delivery notification did I realize Ricll (now based in CA) had shipped the item after my confirmed cancellation.
To make matters worse, the product was manufactured in China, despite the initial description and impression that it was Italian-made. This was extremely misleading and fraudulent.
Ricll refused to send a prepaid return label, ignoring multiple follow-ups (customer service email: service@vabches)They urged me to pay for a return shipping label (estimate was around ~$1500). Even with my desperation, pick up guy advised not to since its the vendor who usually provide these. My building couldn’t continue storing the bulky boxes for security reasons, so I was forced to dispose of the shipment to avoid fees.
Shop/Shopify provided no support and claimed they couldn’t retrieve the cancellation, even though the entire chat thread was in their app.
As much as I want to support small businesses - RICLL is a shady, deceitful, and non transparent business. The whole ordeal was traumatizing, time-consuming, and a costly experience. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB and strongly urge others to avoid Ricll and the Shop app for big purchases.

I ordered a shelving unit for which there was no mention of lead time to produce. After not hearing anything for two weeks except for an order confirmation email, they responded that there would be a 9-week lead time to produce the item.
I followed up at 5 weeks and then again at 7 weeks. Both times I was told that the production timing was on track. I then followed up on the 9th week and was told that they were “lacking the raw materials” to produce the unit. They are now offering a refund but are not providing a confirmation of how or when the refund will be completed.
