1 great shirt, but overall apauling experience
Bought 2 shirts, one distressed grey with LOTR print, another distressed grey with dark angels print.
I'll start off with saying the LOTR shirt is fantastic, my partner wears it all the time, it's a heavy material, great print and washes very well. I would give 5* based on this one shirt, but the rest of my experience was so bad that I don't even want to give 1*.
The DA shirt was good quality material, but the back print was basically a huge iron on shiny sticker, the image must've been small because as it's been blown up it's left the image extremely distorted and blurred. The print made the back of the shirt completely plastic feeling and stiff, as if you were wearing a plastic sheet on your back, very uncomfortable and not attractive.
I contacted customer services as it seemed I had received a very faulty print, they offered a return at my expense, their delivery return cost was almost the same as the shirt. After much back and forth, they eventually offered a 20% refund, but at the end of the day I was sold a very faulty item that wasn't as described, (and unbearable) so that didn't sit right with me. I wanted to return it in it's original condition for a refund not at my expense. They were very argumentative, their emails weren't pleasant and they made me feel uncomfortable. Eventually I attempted to take it up with paypal (i purchased through them), and after another month of back and forth, the company eventually found a way to decline my dispute by accusing me of not sending back an item. The back and forth went on for almost 2 months, in the end we settled on a 50% refund, I figured this would be better than nothing at all. Once I settled and asked to go ahead with the redund, they suddenly stopped replying to my emails and I've never heard from them since. No follow up, no redund, just a terrible tshirt and an appauling service. Absolutely disgusting how they've treated a customer who would have potentially been back to purchase again based on the LOTR shirt.
