Avoid at all literal 'costs' in my case
So the site was down for approximately a week , and we were told our funds were secure blah blah ........ i had 2 bets which settled on 6/6/26 which won totalling £264.85 ---- the site is now back up and bets show as 'won' in bet history but my balance is £0.00 .
This is disgraceful customer service and they are now ignoring my emails.
I am fortunate to have friends at both IBAS and the UK Gambling Commission so will be filing my evidence with them both tomorrow and getting the complaint's started quickly.
RIGHTBET - DO the 'RIGHT' thing, credit my £264.85 !
