I completed on my property purchase yesterday and I’ve been very happy overall with the service provided by Right Choice Conveyancing. They were recommended to me by a friend who used them for their own purchase, and I have no regrets in choosing them. They truly lived up to their name and were the right choice for my purchase.

At the outset, I initially thought my case would be handled solely by Nicola, and only later realised it was being managed by her wider team of conveyancers. This wasn’t an issue, but it wasn’t clearly explained at the start, which led to a bit of initial confusion when communications were coming from different team members.

That said, I actually found this to be a very effective setup. It meant that my case could always be picked up by someone else if a team member was on leave or unavailable, which helped keep everything moving forward without delay. Importantly, I never had to re-explain matters, everyone seemed well-informed and up to speed, which made the process feel smooth and well-coordinated.

I also really appreciated the online portal, which made it easy to track progress and securely view and submit documents at any time.

As a buyer, it was reassuring to have a team clearly acting in my best interests. They were proactive in chasing third parties and ensuring that matters continued to progress, which made a real difference throughout the transaction.
