Working with Matt at Right Hook was very easy. I wanted to work with someone local to improve the rank of my business website. The onboarding process was clear and well explained. The work proposed seemed to tick all the boxes I needed and the work began.
I got regular updates on what was happening. For changes to content I was sent the changes before they went live so I could sign them off. After a short time it was clear that Matt had got a very good handle on my business and his content was a perfect fit for the business. After that point I just gave him permission to post whatever he thought was appropriate, just to speed up the process.
The job has just finished and we are already ranking better than we were for some main keywords and we are ranking highly for new keywords.
As well as this, Matt has improved the look and feel of the site which isn't something I was expecting. He used the original look and feel but just updated it so it looks a whole lot fresher and better.
