Right Price Tiles & Wood Flooring Opiniones

I found Paul (Store Manager, Bray) extremely helpful. I got a great sales reduction and he was able to advise me on all the items I needed to complete my bathroom refurbishment. I would recommend this highly professional service to anyone who needs to upgrade their home.

Bought a mixer tap in Nov’23 for a bathroom sink. Didn’t have it installed in my home until July’24. By Nov’24 it started to tarnish and when I contacted Right Price Tiles by email in Jan’25 because nothing I did seemed to fix it I was told there was nothing they could do it was purchased over a year ago! I got back to them explaining the timeline above and they didn’t reply to my email. Very poor quality tap and extremely poor customer service!

Delivery should be free for the amount of money i have spent

Collected large tiles from the store. Had to do three trips. Each time the three guys Luke, Derek and Dylan were there at hand to help loas the tiles into the car. Special mention to Luke who has been there numerous times I have been in store and has always been friendly and helpful.

Eric at kinsale road so helpful
Best value after checking 4 other stores

I went to the branch on the Lower Road in Cork. Leon was outstanding! I was about to be royally ripped off by a labourer but he recommended a trusted contractor for the job. He was just so warm, reassuring and understanding and went through everything in a clear and concise way.

All good thanks

The counter staff and floor staff were extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

We popped around to the Drogheda shop to check out flooring on sale. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Online purchase was simple, and click and collect was ready within 48 hours. Yet to lay it!

Sales Assistant very helpful and kind.

Happy with what I bought..Friendly staffs (Oranmore)

I was most impressed by the service in Bray - Boghall Road. The courtesy - advice and helpfulness of the staff - in particular the manager demonstrated high standards in customer service. My order was relatively small but given the attention of a larger order. I also noticed while I was there the help given to a customer with a challenging speech impairment - great patience and understanding shown. Well done
