I had a disappointing experience with this webshop.

I placed an order and exercised my statutory right of withdrawal within the legal timeframe. However, despite multiple requests, the company did not provide any return address or instructions.

Instead, they referred to a “final sale” policy, which does not override consumer rights for online purchases within the EU. As a result, it was impossible for me to return the item and obtain a refund.

Communication was limited and did not lead to a solution.

Based on this experience, I would advise caution when ordering from this store, especially if you rely on being able to return items.

I ordered a jacket but no confirmation received, no details about the delivery and cannot reach anyone like customer service. You cannot message their instagram account and no one responding to facebook account. I even sent an email, but still no response and no contact numbers. and still did not receive my order. Very frustrating. You are scam!

Terrible company.
I made a purchase here during Black Friday and I still haven’t received anything. Their website has no customer support information, no delivery times, and no complaints page — absolutely nothing.

After emailing them, they told me that delivery takes 7 to 14 days, which is extremely long. I requested a cancellation, but I have not received any response since.

Be careful with this company.
