The items I ordered were at a great price and reasonable postage costs. Glass placemats, coasters and chopping boards.
Unfortunately one of the placemat sets had shattered during transit. Marija from customer services replied very quickly to my email and arranged a replacement of the item to be sent out.
Knowing they have such good customer service I won’t hesitate to use them again,

My parcel of 6 glasses arrived by Evri. The outer box was damaged & when I opened the inner box one of the glasses was broken. I emailed Rinkit & a reply came within minutes. They told me they would send a replacement right away.

When my original order from Rinkit was lost by Evri, Rinkit answered emails by return, we're very civil and efficient and dispatched a replacement order immediately with a different carrier.

I ordered several frames and one was damaged, I took a photo of the damaged one and emailed Rinkit showing the evidence, shortly after I received a email back apologising for the damaged one and would send a replacement..that was yesterday..it has just arrived..how good is that.. excellent service!

When my parcel arrived one of the glasses was broken. I sent an email as it was the end of the working day only to receive an immediate reply and follow up email confirming that a replacement was being dispatched that evening. And it arrived today… less 24 hours from my initial contact! Thank you- that’s great customer service.

I received my package of 6 glass jars but one sadly had smashed. I’d ordered through Amazon but I couldn’t get through to customer services. I emailed Rinkit who responded straight away and have replaced the smashed jar. Very good and quick communication

I made an order which included three star candles, two of which were broken. I contacted Rinkit asking for replacements; and their response came back the same morning, with replacements on the way. Great service and a company with great household products. Use them regularly. Thank you Rinkit!

My order was dispatched and all items were received quickly. I was not happy with the quality of one item and Rinkit resolved my issue immediately. My other items were fine and I was pleased with the quality. I give 5 stars because of the ease of communication and great customer service, as well as value for money.

I was pleased to find the item I bought on Tesco Marketplace, but Evri lost my parcel. After several days wrestling with Evri's customer service people I contacted Rinkit directly by email. The reply was really quick, despite being at the end of the working day, and a brand new item was in my hands within 20 hours!

I ordered some ceramic mugs but sadly one was broken on arrival. The mugs were well packed but the whole box had a big dent in the side. It had happened in transit and outside of the teams control. What was superb was the response when I reported the breakage. Super quickly they offered to send a replacement mug, without hassle, without cost to me and were really friendly in the whole communication. In a commercial area with lots of customer choice and small margins for vendors, it is this kind of brilliant customer service that will make me come back again. A great job and highly recommended.

Have made several orders with Rinkit. Always quality goods, best prices, fast delivery and excellent customer service and communications. Minor issue quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

Really quick, practical & responsive customer service. I ordered a delivery of 6 x glasses. 1 x glass has been damaged during delivery by the courier, I emailed Rinkit with photos & received a response within 4 hours promising a replacement. A replacement glass was received through the post within 48 hours. Rare to have such great customer service.

I purchased some kitchen wear in August 2025, unfortunately today it broke. I contacted Rinkit to explain what had happen and sent pictures. A new one is on it way! Brilliant service. Even though my item broke, I do like thier products and will purchase more! Thank you to Ana.

I have made many purchases from Rinkit. My favourite items are the galvanised raised flower beds - I have several and have bought some for my sisters. But Rinkit supply so more than just garden items. Household, storage, DIY, the list is endless, the quality great, the price perfect and the aftersales support is second to none. Highly recommend Rinkit. Take a look and you will be hooked too!

DON’T trust them!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Rinkit. My order was never delivered, and I was left to chase updates with little to no meaningful communication from their team. The lack of transparency and support has caused considerable inconvenience and embarrassment, especially given the time wasted trying to resolve something that should have been simple.
The delivery was meant to be next day This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. I would expect Rinkit to take full responsibility for the failed delivery and offer appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely hope the company reviews its processes and customer care standards, no customer should have to go through this.

They have refunded now!!!
