I ordered 4 picture frames. On receiving them, one was cracked. I emailed them on the Sunday. Had a response straight away, then received a replacement the following day. Excellent service. Will definitely use again

Ordered some glassware recently which the courier damaged in transport. I was pleased that customer care got in touch very quickly and advised me of what happened. I was offered a refund or re-order. I re-ordered and promptly received the package in perfect condition. It was nice to see a company being pro-active in contacting their customer. Well done guys!

Amazing customer service! Rinkit has a fantastic range of kitchen and home items. We ordered two sets of glasses and, although a few arrived damaged, Ana from the customer service team was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. Really impressed and will definitely shop with Rinkit again.

I ordered a freestanding mirror for my granddaughter for Christmas. Upon opening on Christmas Day, the mirror was completely smashed although the packaging was perfect. My email to Rinkit was answered within half an hour and resolved within the hour. The fact they were happy to replace the item or refund my money without quibble, restores my faith in human nature. I ordered three sets of glass bowls for food prep, competitively priced. Delivery time was brilliant, but unfortunately three of the bowls were chipped due to courier handling. Customer service responded quickly to my email and replacements were dispatched and received the next day. I'm really happy with the product, the price, and the way this minor issue was resolved.

Bought a set of five 8x8 metal clip photo frames via Amazon. Really great product at a bargain price. However on opening on frame had been damaged in transit. Tried to resolve via Amazon and get a replacement but the option was only available for a refund. So contacted company direct and despite it being the afternoon of New Year’s Eve answered instantly offering a replacement without the requirement for a return. So impressed at the speed and quality of service provided by Rinkit. Definitely a recommended seller who went out of their way to resolve without fuss. Will definitely use again. Many thanks for the efforts made it has impressed me greatly.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. 4 days later and I'm still waiting. This order was essential for Christmas day it is now Christmas eve and still nothing. Dont know why so many good reviews. This is my first time ordering from this company and will be the last.

Rinkit delivered garden table and chairs which i bought from Tesco online. Table leg was broken on transit. They refund my full amount of cost. So feel free buy Tesco online furniture products or any things.If any problems they will sort out.I do recommede every one. Thank you Tesco. You made me happy.

I have used Rinkit for many years and find them a wonderful company to deal with,their products are fantastically priced,good quality infact some things I found being sold at The Range for double the price !!,if ever I have had an issue with any delivery being damaged in transit,There is never an issue to request refund or replacement along as you provide proof of damage,usually a photo and my emails are answered within minutes not days and no chasing them for update on anything. Highly recommend this company.

A simple first time order with so many errors along the way - not helped by Evri. Order finally completed after 15 days with a 2nd delivery just 2 days later.

I order several items on 1st December - I have to admit that I have been a fan of this website for many months now and decided to place an order. Mugs x 2, glasses for cocktails, glass food containers, t-towels and a lock from my outdoor shed (random). A week later I received my first order - of the t-towels - nothing else. The enclosed packaging note listed all the items in the order but only the 1 item was dispatched.

After I emailed Rinkit they said they would ‘resend’. Order created the same day and then we have to let Ervi work their magic. After a few days and likely promoted by an email from me, Rinkit decided to declare the item lost due to no scans in 2 days (we are talking Evri - 2 days without a scan is considered the ‘new norm’). The second delivery was then marked as ‘returning to sender’.

When I called Rinkit I requested that they cancel the recall - the item was tracking a few miles away and I was confident/hopeful that it would resurface. Alas this was not possible.

Another call to Rinkit was necessary to get the order resend.

Joy of joys - I finally received my parcel on Monday! All intact and all very pleasing to the eye!

Alas a further parcel was on my doorstep this afternoon. So the recalled failed and I have received both the original (2nd attempt) and the replacement (3rd attempt).

So I am now waiting on a return collection by Evri - in 6 days time! The box is too big for me to return via the normal way - and the return shop is 10 miles away (Northern Ireland).

So my first and likely last experience with Rinkit is memorable for all the wrong reasons. Clearly Evri has a large part to play in this tale but Rinkit should also take some responsibility.

I really like their products but shopping shouldn’t be this hard!

Rinkit reached out to me today - 18th December - and I have to say that I was very impressed with their response to my issues. Lauren from Rinkit was very helpful and went through each of my concerns. I am grateful and appreciative of her responses and her willingness to help resolve my situation.

I have increased my rating of my experience with Rinkit - I believe that you can gauge a company best by how it responds to bad situations and Rinkit is a good example of this. Speedy response and a willingness to listen - thank you Lauren.

Client service is amazing. I ordered a set of glasses, one arrived damaged. The client service responded and sent a new item the same day ! Thank you
