Rubbish- zero customer service

Ordered several items, paid a ridiculously high postage cost that specified all tax import costs are included

I am now being hounded by fedex to pay an £25 import charge

Contacted rip n dip 3 times and have been ignored each time

Will never purchase from them again

Do not buy absolutely ANYTHING from this store. I placed the order on 12/07/2023, checked the delivery details and chose MBWAY as the payment method. After payment, the page was redirected to the shopping cart where no order number was generated, however the money had already been withdrawn from my bank account! It was not captive, the payment was completed successfully. I waited a few minutes for the email with the order and payment tracking number, but nothing. I contacted RIPNDIP customer support, who replied that there was no order or payment with my details. I sent proof of payment, and they still denied payment. After exchanging 27 emails with them, they continue to deny everything, do not issue refunds or send the order. I contacted my bank, which is helping me resolve the problem and a fraud complaint will have to be filed with the police. I asked RIPNDIP several times to contact the company's financial department. They continue to deny the sending value. I just don't quote less than 1 because it's not possible.

I ordered grip tape and board, the board came to me damaged and scuffed, and grip tape was in tringle shape destroyed, the package got 0 safety wraps, it's sad how bad is the packaging to eu

Bad customer service, items were ok but overpriced

Horrible experience with customer service. Ordered for Black Friday messaged there customer support about adding unit number to order and they said they weren’t able to fix it so they automatically cancelled my order without acknowledging me first. Pretty bummed on how they are handling customer service was good when RipnDip was smaller, but now just real horrible customer service unable to fulfill orders

The brand image at the top, too bad this is not the case for the quality. I bought different products and I wouldn't recommend any of them, even the free stickers are of poor quality.
It's junk... sold 10 times more expensive. That's what you need to know.

Beim Kauf wurde eine Lieferzeit von 3-6 Werktagen versprochen, inklusive der Zeit zum Verschicken von 1-3 Werktagen.

Nach über einer Woche (8 Werktage) habe ich dann endlich die Nachricht bekommen, dass das Päckchen verschickt wurde. Der genutzte Versanddienstleister gibt online an, dass er in 2-4 Wochen Päckchen verschifft, von wegen 3-6 Werktage! Es ging auch immerhin einen ganzen weiteren Monat, bis es endlich bei mir ankam.

Kontaktieren des Supports wurde mehrfach ignoriert, erst beim 6. Versuch erhielt ich die Antwort, dass es Ihnen leid tut, wenn ich unzufrieden bin, aber eine Rücknahme oder ein Entgegenkommen seien ausgeschlossen.

Nie wieder bestellen bei RipnDip!

Terrible company I wouldn’t ever buy anything from them again. It clearly states in the email I received that I could exchange my items and they wouldn’t even do that. Because of discounted price, I wonder why they were discounted? Maybe because a size 9 was like a size 6? Scam company

I had a problem caused by the uk courier delivering to the wrong address. Ripndip customer service can not be faulted. The problem was not their fault and their communication with me was excellent, quick and professional

I purchased 8 items from them at once. Ended up receive only 7. It was hard to find their customer service line as if they try to hide it. When I talked to them they just keep denying and blame it on courier. After a few emails they just stopped replying completely.
Poor products managing, poor customer service, poor quality long sleeve shirt. At least it didn't take long for the order to arrive but their coupon was no use and free gifts also did not arrive. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt over two months ago. Due to the courier's track, the package was sent and received but I never received anything, absolutely nothing. Two days ago I received an email telling me how my orders will be returned to the sender without me ever asking for something like that.
I asked RipNDip customer support for help asking for a refund, they keep telling me that the orders have been shipped. Nothing else. An absolute bummer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS S**T COMPANY - THEY ARE JUST GOOD TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR!

Their t-shirts size is not true they come really small and I'm very disappointed because they are not going to exchange for a medium size customer service is not good. And again their size chart is not real. If you buy on sale they don't exchange!!! I don't like the quality and I'm not going to buy ever again !!!!

I’ve ordered from RIPNDIP 3 times…. Only one out three orders have arrived with the correct items. First time- fine. Second time- never got here. Now my third time, I am missing an item that I have paid for. However RIPNDIP have introduced a new system where YOU, the customer, have to pay extra just to make sure your order is “guaranteed” to arrive in full. To make matters worse, order protection price is based on how much you’ve spent, for example, I spent £40 so I have to spend another £40 for protection. Still waiting for a reply but I doubt they will offer me any sort of compensation because I didn’t spend extra money so they can do their job properly.

Absolute scammers! It is beyond me that they are able to get away with this!!! I’m fuming. I’ve had enough!

3 months later and the order is only delivered because I charged it back with the payment provider. Funny how as soon as I dispute the payment a few days later they provide a reference and have finally sent it, yet I’d heard nothing before hand since the order in November. I wouldn’t buy from this place anyway it was a Christmas gift so it’s no use to me now

Worst customer service, they say they still processing g the order , that they do have the products in stock , but are having problems to find them!!!

Another black Fri order never delivered.
A couple of emails to say they were working on my November order before getting the silent treatment when asking for a refund.
Chargeback issued and suddenly they were responsive again - money returned. Awful service. Why take on so many orders with no way to fulfil.

Received broken goods and they refused to pay for the return or refund the item. Fraudelent seller - beware!

As per the other recent reviews, placed an order during their Black Friday sale. 2 Months on and still no delivery. Any email replies from them simply says they are working hard to fulfil orders and that i should receive soon. I'm pretty sure that they have no intention of fulfilling the majority of these Black Friday orders. If they really were struggling to fulfil orders, why then did they then run another promotion for the Xmas period?
