Payment deducted multiple times, no tickets issued

I had a very bad experience with risemytrip.

I tried to book 3 flight tickets from Mumbai to Delhi through their website. After making the payment, the booking status showed “waiting for bank confirmation”, but the amount was deducted from my bank account.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they asked me to book again, saying the earlier transaction had failed. Trusting their guidance, I booked two more times.

In total:

My money was deducted three times

No tickets were issued

No PNR or confirmed booking was provided

Customer support stopped giving clear responses after payment

It feels like the website is designed to show payment issues while still deducting money, and then pushing customers to rebook.

I have screenshots of payment deductions and booking status, which I can provide if required.

I am posting this review to warn others to be extremely careful before using this service.

I had great experience with risemytrip

I am updating my earlier review because my experience with risemytrip turned out to be very bad.

Initially, the website looked easy to use and I booked a flight to the USA due to an urgent family situation. The payment went through successfully, but my ticket was never issued.

The booking showed pending/processing status for a long time, and despite contacting customer support multiple times, the issue was never resolved. I did not receive a valid ticket or confirmed PNR, even though the money was deducted.

Because of this, I had to urgently make alternate arrangements elsewhere and suffered financial loss and stress.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. I am posting this update to warn others to be careful.

I have payment proof and booking details if required.

They give Good pricing for B2b agents

They give Good pricing for B2b agents, and I can markup my own percentage. My clients are happy with me for providing flights and hotels and much cheaper prices with luxury. They also give line of credit for B2b agents
