I was skeptical at the quality of this thing, considering the price, but it is a solid piece of equipment. It was quick and easy to assemble mostly by myself, through i did take advantage of an extra set of hands while putting the two back braces on.

I love my new 5600 Machine WITH Olympic weights

I'm thoroughly impressed with my new 5600 smith machine. This gear is an excellent value, especially when compared to pricier pin-weight sets. The Smith Bar performs exceptionally well. It would be ideal if the pulley weight system included bearings, but it functions adequately on both sides.

Upon arrival, the weights were quite oily, which I believe helps prevent damage during transit. Given the hefty nature of the shipment, shipping companies often struggle with handling. I experienced a minor issue when a box came apart, resulting in the loss of a grip bar during delivery. However, after contacting RitKeep Fitness, they promptly replied the next day and promptly sent the missing parts within a week. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I'm delighted to have the convenience of working out at home.

Guys, don't walk, run from this company. I ordered in 3rd week of November, took almost 2+ weeks and me emailing them (don't bother calling) for them to tell me oh hey, sorry have not processed your order. 10 days later, OH Sorry we are sold out of your BUT we will upgrade you to the next best option.... you will see it in 2+ weeks. I received it almost 5 weeks after the order, its black, well its really red with a crappy black cover up job, directions to assemble not in boxes, and when I downloaded them, they are NOT GOOD. OH well, so Now for 2+ Weeks I have had a nice hat rack, why you say?? No weights!! But wait they have informed me they will be there some time in January, so I paid for a machine in Mid to late NOVEMBER and as of 1/10 I still can't use it and have no actual time of when I can. I asked for a refund multiple times and there answer was, hey we got you, its coming, no worries. SO if you want to spend your money buy from Jacked Up. My buddy ordered his from Jacked up brands same day as I ordered this hat rack, and got it 5 days later, AND SOMEONE called them to answer a question ON A SUNDAY! he loves it and is using everyday, I guess I deserve this trying to save a few hundred bucks, just remember you get what you pay for.

Ritkeeps is a complete scam. I submitted an order three weeks ago. They immediately took the money out of my account, and I have had no communication from them since. They do not respond to emails, and any phone calls made to the number listed on their website go to a full voicemail box.
