Delivery took 30 days. and there was not much tracking update. However, once the product arrives, an additional order was automatically placed less than one week of having the product. No way to tell if it is making a difference yet. Customer service was very arrogant regarding the length of delivery time

I wish I had done more research before placing an order with Ritual Labs because, had I read the reviews beforehand, I would not have ordered from this company.

Due to the concerning information I found in customer reviews, I requested cancellation of my order less than an hour after placing it. I contacted customer service and clearly asked that the order be canceled before shipment. Rather than processing my request, I was repeatedly asked why I wanted to cancel and was encouraged to keep the product.

Despite stating multiple times that I wanted the order canceled and refunded, the company continued attempting to retain the sale. In my opinion, this delayed the cancellation process and ultimately resulted in the order being shipped. I was later told that once the product arrived, I could return it for a full refund. The product has now been delivered, and I have requested a prepaid return label. As of this review, I am still waiting for a response.

Another surprise was the shipping. I paid for expedited shipping, yet it took approximately 20 days for the product to arrive. Tracking information showed the package being shipped through a Chinese carrier and passing through customs before reaching me, which was not something I expected when placing the order or paying an additional fee for expedited delivery.

When the product finally arrived, I was also concerned by the packaging. The bottle contains very little information about where the product is manufactured, who manufactures it, or the facility where it is produced. It is a very generic label that resembles a homemade one. I was unable to find the level of transparency that I typically expect from a supplement company.

My concerns are not only about the product itself, but also about the lack of transparency on the bottle, the lengthy shipping time despite paying for expedited delivery, and the difficulty I experienced trying to cancel an order shortly after it was placed.

I will gladly update this review if Ritual Labs promptly provides a prepaid return label, honors the full refund they promised in writing, and resolves this matter professionally.

I did not place an order today 6/11/2026. Do not charge me for this.

Great customer service, money back of not satisfied

I was skeptical of this product at first, but I decided to throw caution — and apparently my money — to the wind. I’m glad I did.

I can genuinely feel a difference in my body, and when I skip a day, I notice it. There seems to be something in it that helps calm my ADHD, reduces bloating, and I’ve even lost a couple of pounds. My body seems to know when I forget to take it.

I gave it 4 stars because of a shipping issue. I assumed it was coming from the UK, but the tracking was unclear about the country of origin, and delivery took about a week and a half longer than expected.

That said, I don’t personally have an issue with it arriving from China. After doing some research, I learned that the U.S. receives a large amount of medicines and supplements from overseas, and there are regulatory agencies that provide guidelines for manufacturing and safety.

Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised by the product itself. I just wish the shipping information had been clearer from the beginning.

Edit: Company was straightforward with automatic enrollment in order to receive product. No surprise there. I have unenrolled because the next shipment date is too early. I will reevaluate in August.

The Happy Liver supplement seems to be doing its job as far as I can tell. I’ve only been taking it for 1 week, so I don’t have much to mention except that it agrees with my digestion. No taste, no burps, etc. Very pleasant so far.

Aside from the confidence of others and the recommendation of others , I felt compelled to order what seems like a high grade product. I’m very eager to “fix” my liver and get off statins for good! I also look forward to the many other benefits I’ll receive from a liver that’s functioning as it should . I’ll know more when I do blood work in a few months - but for now I’m pleased with the super fast service and price!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered the product without reading the bad reviews. Big mistake! The good reviews are probably false. If you didn't know, there are ways to pay for good reviews and this company is probably doing just that. I never received the product, it shows that it's in transit from the day of purchase with no delivery date. I wrote emails with no response until I just received an email from them saying how they noticed that I had my discover card go after them and reimburse my money, now they answered about that but nothing about my order. There's a phone number they have that doesn't work either so you have no way to reach them unless they decide to answer to your emails.Stay away! Be smart! It comes from China and they are not transparent about the ingredients.

Ordered 1 box to try and was illegally put into a subscription with no way to cancel in account. Tab drop down to review past orders or your tab to review your subscription so you can cancel does not exist ! Instead, the drop down shows more products to buy. Garbage products and scam company.

The product is not bad but the company is a complete scam! Don't know if they are in China or something, but I keep sending them mails to stop my Subscription, they keep sending mails back apologising and that they will cancel, but I still get charged every month. This is my 5th round of cancellation now. I don't care if they can cure cancer I will NEVER buy from these guys again!

Horrible company! On May 13 I placed an order which was received May 28. Before unwrapping the bottles, I looked at the ingredients…artifical colors!???!! I emailed customer service that I can’t take a product with dyes and was told no problem that I could get a full refund since bottles were unopened. All I needed to do was tell them when it shipped back and what the tracking number was. They provided the return address. I shipped it on June 2 and emailed to let them know and what the tracking number was. Then on June 8 they told me they needed a copy of my mailing receipt before they could process. I then followed the tracking number myself only to find that the package had been REJECTED BY RITUAL LABS and was being returned to me!! I emailed them a copy of my shipping receipt and told them about the rejection. They proceeded to ignore that and emailed to say they needed my order’s name and order number to look into it. What?! I emailed them back and demanded a resolution. They responded and said my information had been forwarded to “Luna” who handles these types of situations and that she would get back to me in a couple of hours. That was over 6 hours ago. I do believe they are just stringing me along. I will now dispute it through my credit card. Totally unprofessional, unethical and into ripping people off.

I signed up for a 1 time purchase and was auto-enrolled in a reoccurring subscription. The website management portal is malfunctioning and will not allow me to click cancel. I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my 'Happy Liver' subscription and the deletion of my payment methods. Do not ship or bill any further items.

I completed one order and recied the product. Thats OK.
Whats not OK the company sent me another order which i didnt ask for and charged my card. Then apologise about it and if I send it back I have to pay the postage from AU to USA and TRUST that the funds will be reimbursed to my account.
I am worried they are going to send me another lot of products and take more $$$
