Great online company. My order arrived damaged which I reported and received a swift response. Replacement was shippped the next day which was received the day after that. I always judge a company by how they deal with issues and these guys resolved it without a fuss.

The only good thing about my experience with Riverboat Gaming was the customer service, which was excellent. The tabletop, however, was terrible. The rubber mat and playing surface had nowhere near enough sponginess, so picking the cards up was impossible. I complained about this, and they did send me a better quality playing surface, which was acceptable. Secondly, when securing the armrests into place, there was a gap all around the table where the armrests didn't meet the playing surface. This meant that when dealing cards, they could slide under the armrests and out of sight, meaning we had to take the armrest off to retrieve the card. To overcome this, I bought some 3mm draft excluder and stuck it down about 20mm under the armrest, all way around, and then screwed the armrests into place from the underside with countersunk screws. This draft excluder stops the cards from disappearing under the armrests. What this now means, however, is that the foldable tabletop is no longer foldable. When storing the tabletop, it obviously wants to bend at the joints when picked up but can't because of the fixed armrests. My next job is to screw a piece of wood onto the underside and cover it with some sort of material so as not to scratch our dining table. What you're left with, if you want to go through what I did, is a decent tabletop, albeit non-folding.

Further to the response below and subsequent email from Riverboat Gaming, I have increased the star rating to 3. Again, their customer service was excellent, and we agreed on a partial refund that both parties thought was reasonable. They assured me that my experience was a one-off and that the faults I had with my tabletop were an isolated incident. 

Ich habe die faltbare Pokertischauflage CHAMPION bestellt. Nach ca 10 Werktagen (Lieferung aus Frankreich) wurde mir die Auflage zugestellt. Die Qualität der Auflage ist meiner Meinung nach die beste die es für das Geld zu kaufen gibt. Das eingearbeitete Holz macht richtig was her und fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Die Karten und Spielchips gleiten wunderbar über den Stoff der optisch mit den vier Kartensymbolen perfekt in Szene geworfen wird. Auch die stark gepolsterte Armablage ist sehr angenehm und für lange Spielsessions geeignet.

Kurz nach dem Erhalt der Ware ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Auflage im Preis reduziert wurde. Nach einer kurzen Mail an dem Support wurde mir auf Kulanz sogar die Differenz erstattet.

Also Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf bei Riverboat und kann jedem die Seite und Produkte weiterempfehlen.

10/10 customer service, I can't thank Richard Enough! I ordered the wrong size / type of poker table top fro my fiance. I explained to Richard and was very understanding. I sent it back and I got refunded straight away. Communication, customer service is amazing. I'll definitely be ordering again ( I'll pick the right things next time).

It is incredibly challenging to get good poker supplies in the UK, particularly tables / table tops. I purchased their signature 'riverboat' table top. Here is my list of pros and cons:

+came packaged nicely, folds well and comes in a nice zip-bag for convenient storage
+the cloth is a good speed for distributing cards across the table
+arm rests are high quality
+cup holders are a good depth
+no signs of tears, scratches or imperfections

-speed cloth feels a bit rough (but it's not really an issue)
-can be difficult to shuffle cards face down + do a chip shuffle, but this could be fixed by putting something like foam or a towel underneath the table top (alternatively you can try to shuffle the deck on the arm rest, which I find easier than shuffling on the felt)

Overall I am happy with my order, I would rate the product 8/10. For this price I feel I have got my money's worth. I have been searching the web for a while trying to find the best options in the UK, and I can say with confidence that there really are no better alternatives in the UK in at this price.
No-brainer to pick one of these up if you live in the UK. Would recommend one of these over a poker mat any day of the week.

Ordered the 500 piece set and a green texas holdem mat. The chipset box was damaged and the two dealer buttons were not included. I've been following up continuously to hear whether the dealer buttons will be sent out - frustrating. The green mat I ordered was blue - disappointed again. Got offered a 20 pound discount on the chipset box being damaged but very frustrated to be told after a couple of days they don't know if they can send me the Dealer buttons - set kind of useless without all the accessories!

Prompt delivery, kept informed all the way, excellent product. There was a small issue with the item but the team sorted immediately and without fuss, demonstrating good customer service. I’d recommend them for sure.

Bought the 500 piece poker chip set which comes with free accessories, I didn't receive 2 of these free accessories and emailed them to say this which they responded and got one of them sent out to me but was still missing the other.
Emailed again twice about this and got zero response?!
Edit* they didn't have anymore in stock but have refunded me for this, thank you for resolving this

Bought the p8 table with race track fast delivery , great quality only issue is I didn’t receive my cup holders 😭 I’m sure this will be sorted quick anyway would use again .UPDATE cup holders will be sent out rapid great customer service fast response

Some Chips had cracks going through them and some had chips and pieces missing on the sides and the case said it locked with the keys no but there was no where to use to keys
