RJS Events provided great customer service, great communication. What they say is what they do:) One of our party of three went his own way getting a better deal on one of the ticket websites, his ticket was cancelled 7 days before. From the moment we booked to the moment we left the venue at the end of the evening on the day of the event we were looked after exceptionally well by Richard and his team. With detailed itinerary, full information and tailored package and time to suit our needs when hosting our clients, it really was special.
The day, despite the inclement weather went really well - the setting, hospitality, service and food and drink was second to none. Richard even made time out of his busy day to sit with us and chat for a while - a really nice touch!
The next time we need any hospitality, RJS will be our first port of call and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others too.
