My rear seat covers are a poor fit
I have sent emails daily for a week and through website
I get zero response

I purchased a set for the front seats of my Peugeot Rifter. Entered the registration number and ordered what were supposed to be, compatible covers. They are completely wrong for my vehicle. Not only do they not accommodate the factory standard armrests, but they are far too big for the bottom part of the seat - 5" too wide and 5" too long. Contacted Roadline straight away. They only provide an email address. They asked for a video a few days later. I sent a video and photos and have heard nothing and this was at least two weeks ago. Realising that I'd probably been duped, I then asked for smaller replacement bottom covers only; saying I'd modify the top bit (cut holes in for the armrests). Again, no response. These covers are imported from China, there has been no opportunity for return, refund, or replacement. £150 wasted.

Do not use at all.
Very slow service to start then gets worse.
Very poor customer service.
All goods are posted from China.
Did not receive.
When goods do not arrive Roadline stonewall you and do not answer any queries.
Evri returned goods to China and Roadline would not acknowledge this fact dispite being shown emails from Evri.
Appalling company.

I initially bought the front two seats only and was astounded with the quality & fit so I quickly bought the back three seats cover. I also plan to buy these for my sister as a Christmas present. Would Definitely recommend if you want your car seats to look more luxurious whilst keeping them clean.
