Roadtrips Opiniones

I just had one of my more particular clients come back from her time with Roadtrips at the Olympics. There is no way to express how happy she was with Dustin and all of the hosts. Thank you all for making her vacation spectacular!

Road Trips will go over and beyond to make your experience as safe, comfortable, and accommodating as possible. Our experience in a Rio was phenomenal and we hope to travel with them again!

The trip was definitely an experience that my daughter & I will never forget!! The group from Roadtrips Jeff, Ben, Gabriela, Camila, and all the others made us feel like family. They were available to answer questions or just give updates daily. The excursions to the local sites were wonderful & made better by having a person who spoke English. !! GREAT TRIP!!

I had the most fun and exciting experience in Rio because the hosts and guides were exceptional. They were warm, friendly and sincerely interested in helping make my trip successful! I went to London with a different company in 2012 and they don't even come close to the experience I had in Rio. Roadtrips has a client for life, I look foward to Tokyo in 2020 and hopefully, South Korea in 2018!

My client sent me an email stating he was having a FANTASTIC time and the best trip ever and a memorable experience at the Olympics 2016 Rio

Thanks to the Rio de Janeiro Roadtrips group, we had the trip of a lifetime.
Everyone was more than helpful.

The entire Roadtrips group made this once in a life time trip for myself and my three children better than I had expected. They all gave such personal attention to all of us. Our hosts were so nice and friendly yet so professional. They made sure we were taken care of on all aspects of our time in Rio. I definitely will be traveling again with this company and all my kids now want to be future Roadtrip hosts. Thank you Greg, thank you Andrea, thank you Lucas.

From the moment of my inquiry, the Staff went right to work to accommodate all of my client's requests. This was a "trip of a lifetime", the Rio Olympics and I put my trust in Roadtrips. Roadtrips went beyond expectations in planning an extraordinary trip with Outstanding Service throughout!
The clients had airline delays which were independent of the package, however the office staff and site staff were right there to help assist in rearranging arrival transfers, notifying the Hotel and rearranging tours. My clients arrived 2 days late but felt they missed nothing because of the assistance of the road trips staff in making everything come together. Thank you to everyone involved in making this a trip of a "Lifetime".

Roadtrips provided excellent, local expertise to help my daughter and I have the best Olympic experience possible. Jeff and Ben are friendly, supportive and FUN! The group of local people they utilized were awesome as well as they new much about our area, accompanied us on trips and were great to be around.

From the beginning of our Roadtrips experience to the end, the staff were always friendly, courteous and accommodating. Each of our requests were handled efficiently and to our satisfaction. The personalized itinerary, gifts and accommodations all met our family's expectations and beyond. I highly recommend Roadtrips and will use them for future travel.

I was very impressed with Roadtrips. They were very easy to work with and I enjoyed getting feedback from the ground team in Rio when my clients arrived. The best complement is when your clients come home and thank you for booking their trip with a company. They are planning on taking another Roadtrips vacation!

Jeff & ben are way legit. They combined the perfect amount of professionalism with partyism to make for an incredible experience. I couldn't recommend these 2 cats more.

Easy to plan and execute - sent family on a once in a lifetime trip to San Diego to attend the 2016 All Star game and Roadtrips made is possible with no worries or glitches - very responsive to questions and on call where ever / when ever needed!

Thank you Roadtrips!!

Clients had an amazing time and kept thanking me for reserving this
trip for them. They were there to really enjoy everything the race way had to offer, and did. They didn't even make the meeting with the race drivers, they were so enthralled with what was going on. They did take time to do a run through the museum, and happened to be there when the trophy was delivered...and had their picture taken with it! How special is that! On the day of the race, they were absolutely ecstatic with the police escort ride that took them directly to the raceway while the rest of the world was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic! Their seats were great and they ended up seeing the majority of the raceway. They opted to rent the headphones that allowed them to hear the crew talking to each other and the drivers which made them feel like they were really a part of the action.
They also complimented the staff from Road Trip - noticed how they were always helping others...they made a special trip to their hotel to deliver their tour packages and always very pleasant. This experience was their first on a tour of this nature and using a Travel Agent and have no hesitation about doing it again! Thank You!

Very amazing experience the only things was the hangout time to back at the hotel.
One hour wasn't enough.

One (1) hour time line for departure after the Indy 500 race ended was met; however, it may have been insufficient due to our experience with the following:

1. NO TIME AVAILABLE to watch the VICTORY LANE ACTIVITIES --- a lot a money was spent to not be able to SEE ALL ASPECTS of the INDY 500 VICTORY;
2. IMS STAFF STOPPING ALL FOOT TRAFFIC until ALL RACE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT exited the race track* --- presumption that all participants have SEATS CLOSE TO AN EXIT --- had INFIELD SEATING;
3. IMS MEDICAL STAFF STOPPED ALL FOOT TRAFFIC for an EMERGENCY MEDICAL HELICOPTER AIRLIFT;
4. NO TIME to USE THE RESTROOM;
5. Volume of people attending the race (300,000+);
6. Use of a mobility scooter

*We BEGGED IMS STAFF to be allowed to cross --- finally was allowed to cross with FOUR RACE VEHICLES/EQUIPMENT still needing to exit the race track. If we had not been allowed to cross, we WOULD HAVE MISSED the established TIME LINE.

Highly recommend this company. They certainly know how to do a sports event.

FULL service, impressive, excellent and fantastic trip!!!!

Used Road Trips to go to the 100th Running of the Indy 500. They did a great job with my booking and taking care of everything prior to my trip. Received documents and tickets in a timely fashion.
On site was just okay. The police escort to the event was excellent. The post race timing needs to be longer. Made no sense to leave the event and sit in a bus waiting to get out of the parking lot.
Would use their service again.

Excellent coordination of our Indy 500 Trip through Roadtrips. The onsite Staff was attentive, prompt and thorough in their stewardship of our trip's accommodations, transportation and interim needs fulfillment. Friendly, engaging, knowledgable and always immediately available, when needed. Vastly exceeded our high expectations. Met their commitments to our satisfaction at every turn.
