Great company to deal with too.

I ordered the 460ah battery which was a preorder so i had to wait for it, when it was due delivery I got given a date and rough time and the driver also called me when he was nearby so I could pop home to sign for it which was so handy! I also received a electrical design where I was given a full schematic and quote, which was not pushed on me. I have had alot of questions regarding my design and the response has been fantastic! super fast and helpful. I cant recommend Roamer enough!

The battery looks superb and what I wanted. Phone help excellent. Engineering support very helpful too and answered my questions with enthusiasm. Thank you.
It is now wired up to my motorhome's new systems.
On the -ve it took a long time to get the battery dispatched. People very helpful but because I live in Guernsey, it took a long time to get it shipped. Main delay allegedly from dispatch on Summer holiday.
My advice to anyone buying a battery from Roamer, order it well in advance (possibly 2 months). Otherwise you risk disappointment for leaving on your travels when you want to!
Apart from late despatch I would have given them 5 stars.

The help line were very friendly and gave good advise. I needed to speak to the technical team as some of the parameters required to set the charge controller were not in the manual, the information was giver over the phone and everything worked out fine.

I spent a couple of years researching the best lithium battery (as there are a lot of dangerous ones out there that have been known to catch fire). I accidentally came across Roamer. They literally ticked every box, specially to do with safety. I can not recommend them highly enough. The battery is fantastic and their customer service is literally second to none. I highly recommend them.

A few added complications as battery had to be shipped to France and some issue with warehouse staffing but all worked out in the end.

First class service and a great product. Took the time to explain options around how I could wire up my camper build prior to buying the battery, then provided brilliant tech support to help me out when I experienced issues nearly two years later. Even when it turned out the problem was nothing to do with their battery! Brilliant service, great product and a really nice company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Let's face it , there are occasions when you have to buy kit, that you have no idea what you're buying. On such occasions you need a team like Roamer to guide you through. From day 1 they were helpful, informative and experienced in guiding me through what I needed and explained why.

Since then they have designed a full system for my van..

The company are the most helpful one I’ve ever spoken with when I was unsure of what to do. My 100amp extreme battery is a diamond piece of kit and does everything I need like being able to turn on the proplex heater in winter! And it keeps my ARB fridge running 24 hours a day. I had nothing but trouble with Renogy batteries so this is the only way to go for me!
