I can’t praise the Roamer team highly enough. This is my second purchase - previously a 230 smart3 and now a 460 smart4. The buying process is seamless with great communication. The real strength of Roamer however is their customer service, always on hand to help answer any queries you might have. If you need a LiFePO4 then choose Roamer.

I reviewed and researched many batteries before purchasing a Roamer LiFePo4 battery. The experience has been brilliant. The battery performs beyond my expectations, just this morning the battery has;
Boiled the kettle in our motorhome 3 times,
Toasted 4 slices of bread,
Dried my wife’s hair and it’s still on 90%

The technology within these batteries is second to none. I live by the motto “buy cheap, buy twice” so people don’t buy the cheaper imitation batteries on line, buy from a trusted uk dealer with a 10 year warranty, talk about faith in a product.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Steve, Elliot and Chris, prior to ordering and again upon installation of my battery (Smart 4 320 Ah) in my campervan.

Reassuringly, every phone call is answered and every email is responded to and, furthermore, the help and advice given is second to none; it is clear that these guys know their stuff (they also freely share their expertise in an online forum/group on social media).

I was kept up to date on my order as the predicted delivery date fell a day after my ferry abroad, yet thanks to the team expediting my delivery (and Chris texting me on the weekend to keep me updated), I got it in time and it meant that our French camping trip could go ahead. Chris and Elliot were also on hand to guide me through the app and configure my solar controller to the recommended settings.

As for the product, it speaks for itself. The power, reliability, build quality (and even packaging) are worth every penny, and coupled with the excellent pre and post sales service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roamer to anyone.

Just purchased my second battery from Roamer, a Smart4 460Ah. The latest series 4 is a real step forward with Victron Cerbo connection capabilities. I can't speak highly enough of the Roamer team, always looking to advance their products and keep their reputation for great customer service as good today as it has always been. The little welcome pack, with company bio, battery stickers a a few sweets was evidence of great attention to detail which I really liked. The pack containing all the battery specs and quality checks was welcome as was the follow up email prompting warranty registration. Keep up the good work - well done.

Great feedback for these guys .Very helpful information given by phone and I am very impressed with the battery they recommended .Glad they are local as I was able to collect from their premises at my convenience .

Ordered an underseat battery - fitted perfectly in a 2023 Ducato based Rollerteam. Then realised that the lithium settings on my charger was not ideal so emailed for advice - very quick response and helpful. So far so good!

Recently installed a SeatBase 230 in my Ducato vana and it is an absolute game changer! A quality product that was easy to install, fits perfectly and together with the useful Bluetooth BMS app, has taken away all the anxiety of not knowing the battery state.

Roamer provided great pre-sales service and were happy to ship internationally (to Switzerland), the battery arrived within a few days of it being dispatched.

Only one minor complaint, the iPhone app does not automatically reconnect and would benefit from an option to manually reconnect rather than needing to scan for the battery every time it has disconnected.

Steve - Thanks you so much for saving me money on my camper upgrade. You cut through all the BS and gave me the answer even though you were sending me to others to purchase the quick solution. Vary happy with your guidance and suggestions, will be back when I need to re-design the mains/inverter/battery power supply.
