We had a wonderful trekking experience with Tenzing Sherpa around the Manaslu circuit. He is very friendly and experienced. He speaks excellent English and French. He also takes great pictures.

I travelled alone to Nepal with Ngima few last year. He is kind, so reliable and makes one feel at home, very safe and protected. I explored, learnt and experienced so much. He planned the trip according to my comfortability. His service for the clients is just like he do for his family, i could ask none other than him. I do recommend my friends and colleagues if they wish to go to Nepal. Guys! Come on and go with him, you won’t regret and it will be worth it 👍🏻✌🏻

Ngima, the founder of Roar Himalaya, is the most knowledgeable, exciting, kind, and capable outdoors guide I have ever worked with. I arrived in Nepal with no first hand knowledge of the region, and Ngima gave me confidence that I was having an authentic, thorough experience of one of the most beautiful places on earth. Ngima is clearly an expert, with substantial experience as part of serious alpinism expeditions, including Everest. And yet he is able to empathize with ordinary travelers like myself, teaching us about the history, the culture, the challenges and the potential of the region. It was important to me that I made the most of my time in the Himalayas, seeing as much as I could, and appreciating what mattered. Ngima guided me to where I wanted to go, yes, but he also guided me to a perspective, to maintain a light heart and free spirit whilst appreciating the world's mightiest monuments on a profound level. He is a truly extraordinary man and, I'm proud to say, a friend.

In essence, you can travel with a larger company, but you will be a sheep in the flock, without bespoke attention, flexibility, or passion. At Roar Himalaya you will be all but alone with the beauty of the mountains, the only other presence being a guide who makes the mountains come to life.

We are from Barcelona,Spain, last year we went in Nar Phu Valley, the trekking were real good, Ngima is a very good sherpa, he takes care of us every moment every day. It's like to be in family, the porters also they work very hard,good people too, young and fresh. Me and my friend engaged Nuri Sherpa in our recent trek at Annapurna circuit. We had our great time there despite the extreme weather this year. Nuri Sherpa is a professional mountain guide that not only help and lead us to the Throng La pass , he in every aspect try to fulfill our need throughout the trip. I have traveled through Tsum Valley and Manaslu region with Ngima Sherpa in Autumn 2018. Ngima is really experienced, communicative guide, he knows English very well. He is very friendly and open, which helps him understand the needs of customers. He talks a lot about culture and traditions, which helps to understand Nepal better. I can strongly recommend Ngima as a guide. I will definitely go with him for the next trip!

Back in 2014 we spent 5 unforgettable days in beautiful Nepal - Ghorepani Poon Hill. We had only a few days to spend but wanted to see as much as possible and Ngima made it all happen. He organised everything in advance and took care of us from landing in Kathmandu till the very end of our trip. The lodges were all clean and tidy, the food was quite delicious, so fresh and organic. We fell in love with the magnificent nature of the Himalaya and the Nepali people - all of them were so polite, kind-hearted and devoted. We even had time for sightseeing in Kathmandu. We recommended Ngima and his team to all of our friends and colleagues and would highly recommend him to everyone! This trip was a dream come true for us and Ngima made it so well organised and pleasant with his professionalism, devotion, love of his country and kind heart! The only thing we didn't like is that we had to leave beautiful Nepal :-( But we had made a new friend there - Ngima ... and we will definitely visit him and majestic Nepal again!!!

Great experience and good knowledge surely combine to give a good trekking experience. Definitely recommended. The guides are helpful and friendly. They know the routes well and help you from day 1 to the last one. Also they were a huge help to get to know the true culture of Nepal. Go for it.

The experienced guides are very helpful and are keen to ensure your needs are fulfilled throughout the whole hiking experience. Their warming presence will be present from day one until the day you leave. They are also very knowledgeable about the paths you will encounter on your trip and will always assist you no matter what. You will always feel safe in their hands. I recommend them without a doubt.

I’ve been in contact with the Roar Himalaya Adventure crew on a recent hicking trip to Nepal. They were our local guide hire by my hometown agency. I have nothing but praise!
