Very cheap material, not consistent with picture. Return is to China, which cost as much as the item. Overpriced, cheap Chinese rubbish.

Realised too late that this is a fake drop shipping business. Shoes arrived with massive dents in the side of them from where they have been thrown around - can't get the dents and black scuffs out of them which is a shame because the shoes look cute but they're damaged from poor care and terrible packaging

Placed an order thinking I was ordering from a company in the UK to realise my order is from China, their policy states you can cancel orders within 15 minutes of placing the order, I did exactly that to receive an email from Susan ‘unfortunately as your cancellation request came in more than 30 minutes after the order was placed, it has already been processed and we're unable to cancel it at this stage. What I can offer you is the option to choose a different product of the same value”. I canceled my order within a reasonable time & within their policy, I would like to ask Susan if my order has already been dispatched how do I have the option to choose something else? I look forward to your response but very much doubt I will get one. Scammers come to mind, DO NOT TRUST or USE THIS COMPANY.

They are based in China not England as they claim. Offered me a 10% discount not to return the item. The sandals were cheap and smelled of chemicals. They looked and felt like a £3 pair off of Temu, which is probably what they are. I have no issues with Temu, however when they were sold as an UK seller and they were not. Very misleading marketing. I would never buy from them again. The sandals were supposed to be reduced fro £60 to £30 which is complete and utter lie. Terrible. I am sending them back at my cost to China.

I would rather not even give this one star. Delivery was very slow. The dress did not look at all like the picture. The fabric was the cheapest rubbish . There is no one who would wear this dress. Tried to return but address in CHINA . Would have been too expensive. This is a SCAM

Do not order from this company! You have to pay for returns to CHINA!! they are more expensive than other companies for the same goods & if you cancel 1 minute over the 30 minute window they’ll refuse you cancel the order - scam artists

I had my trainers delivered today after waiting 18 days for them I didnt have many emails so I could track them. They arrived today cheap plastic crap that look and smell like they've just come out of a mould. They probably have. I want to send them straight back to where they came from. I called Robin Cole Smith and an answering service gave me an email address when I went to send an email it said there was no such address. Dont buy off this site.

Terrible company. UK front for direct from China goods, very poor quality, when you request a refund you have to return goods to China at your own expense and not to the UK address the company advertises, or they offer that you keep the inferior goods for a 10% refund citing saving CO2. DO NOT TRUST, USE or EVEN Visit this company.

Be careful as this site does not look right. See very similar sites (wording, photos etc) and terrible reviews for Wilson & Carter "London", Jessica by Bee "York", Lune Mode, Grant and Morgan "Washington"

Having looked into this company, it is evident that it is a scam/fake website. I'm concerned that trustpilot have this listed with a positive rating
