Valuation for Probate
I needed to have my house valued for probate. There were no similar properties in the area that had been sold recently so I didn't have any guide of the current market. I submitted an online valuation request on Saturday evening and by 10.00 am on Sunday the initial appraisal had arrived. On Monday Andrew contacted me to discuss having an in person valuation to get a more accurate figure for probate. Andrew understood my circumstances and made me feel at ease, he explained that there would be no charge for this valuation and afterwards there would be no further follow up as I was not looking to sell. On Tuesday Andrew arrived promptly, was caring, respectful and professional in his approach and shared his expertise and knowledge of the local property market as the rationale for his valuation. This valuation was different to the original online appraisal. The written valuation for probate arrived on Wednesday afternoon.
