You sent a t-shirt. I ordered a sweater

I would not recommend purchasing this product from Rockatee (SKU: 997673097 - QR code on back of T-shirt takes you to humorous website). When I tried on the T-shirt, the QR Code DOES NOT SCAN AS IT IS ADVERTISED TO DO (the QR code only scans/works when the T-Shirt is laying completely flat on a table). Since the human back is not completely flat (shoulder blades, back muscles, and bones create a wavy, non flat surface for the T-shirt) the QR code could not be scanned/read by 3 different iPhones that tried scanning my T-shirt QR code while wearing the T-shirt...

When I contacted Rockatee Support by Email and requested a 100% refund ($53.39) because the T-shirt QR codes DID NOT work as advertised, Rockatee Support is REFUSING to give a 100% refund because they told me their QR code is not defective and works when the T-shirt is on a flat surface and said they will only issue me a 30% refund and told me I have to keep the two defective T-shirts that I purchased from them...

This is FALSE ADVERTISING and is UNACCEPTABLE... Rockatee's own Return Policy CLEARLY STATES: "IF the product differs from how it was described in the original, we will make every effort to refund the full amount of your initial order."

Rockatee is doing a bait and switch to me after I purchased their product (SKU: 997673097) that is clearly NOT AS ADVERTISED and they will only give me a 30% refund now and Rockatee keeps 70% of my purchase price... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and a VERY DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT and waste of money for a product that doesn't work as advertised.

Judging by other people's experiences, I had a lot of luck. Everything came out OK, came earlier than I thought it would (I ordered on September 18th, it was shipped on September 24th, got it on October 2nd), looks OK, so I have to say I am very satisfied.
