Highly recommended by long-term customer
Raj and her team are so very friendly, kind and helpful. Excellent service, from booking to work done. I don't have the strongest teeth but the treatments from Raj have been far beyond expectations! I've been a patient for 5 years, with 6-monthly checkups and fillings.
Happy to recommend to everyone.
There is free parking outside, including disabled, and there is step-free treatment room (is that the right phrase?!).

Experienced and efficient practice
I’ve not always had the best experience with dental practices but Rock Dental has been different. The frontline staff are friendly and polite and the dentist I’ve seen is very experienced. They always run on time! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I had an appointment for a root canal treatment and was greeted by Dr Nicholas Robson who performed my treatment..
I wasn’t looking forward to it at all but wow what a lovely lovely professional man and extremely kind and calming .. he explained what he was going to do from start to finish.
I felt no pan or discomfort at all and even after treatment.
First class treatment thank you so much Dr Robson.

I made an appointment due to having some pain. The dentist I saw stated that she could not see why I was experiencing pain. Initial X-ray showed healthy roots and no pocket, hence I was advised I needed to have a CT scan - that a CT scan would show any fine cracks that would not be seen with eye or normal X-ray. I booked myself CT scan. Appointment day and prior to having CT scan, another dentist at the practice examined my tooth and stated ‘I can see the crack’, to which I replied ‘so I do not need CT scan?’ He stated that I still needed CT scan and that I would most definitely need root canal doing. There were discrepancies in the pricing for CT scan, so I left without having it done. I did not like that one stated they couldn’t see crack, another stated they could. Arrived home and put torch and mirror in mouth, and could see the crack straight away. I left Rock Dental and found a new dentist. Healthy roots. No CT needed. No root canal needed. Just a crown fitted. New dentist also criticised a filling I had done at Rock - that filling was uneven, hence only part of the tooth was taking strain of chewing action instead of the whole tooth. I didn’t need a CT and I didn’t need a root canal.

Cracked teeth can be particularly difficult to diagnose — sometimes the signs are subtle and can be missed on initial examination or routine X-rays. In such cases, additional imaging (such as a CBCT scan) can be useful to confirm the extent of the crack and to guide the most appropriate treatment. We regret that you felt the advice you received was inconsistent and that this left you with doubts about the recommendations given.
We also note your concerns about treatment costs and the filling previously placed. We take matters like this seriously, and we would be happy to review your case notes, discuss your concerns in detail, and clarify why certain recommendations were made at the time. Our priority is always to act in the best interests of our patients, balancing clinical evidence with the most conservative and appropriate treatment options.

The previous reply from Rock, just goes to show they are unable to listen, hear or read in terms of my previous points.
Rock do not take these things seriously or have compassion/understanding. My complaint was responded to by leventis during that ambush appt - stating 2 opposing views on 1 topic is contradictory at best, or just plain lying, maybe thats what rock mean by compassion; they lie with a smile?
The 'compassion' Rock refer to in their reply was actually projecting their shortfalls onto me. I did have to point out twice during the last ambush-appt to refrain from focusing on my reaction and look at their actions, that caused my reaction - cause and effect is quite a simple concept, that most people can understand, clearly rock dont have that understanding. Additional to that, after 4 weeks my dissolvable stitches that go within 10-14 days, are still very much present. I have had to have further emergency treatment with a competent dental practice due to continued pain which has not reduced with healing. It turns out that the tooth next to the tooth leventis ripped out was also cracked which explains why pain had not subsided. So the £16 xray I paid for at Rock was clearly a waste of my money, and time as there was no mention of both teeth having been cracked. So not only an atrocious execution of a so-called service, also a myopic and incompetent so-called service at that. All that aside, what I am supposed to do with the stitches I have no clue. I doubt rock do either to be honest

1st time and last.

Did find the Doctor not very helpful and even not very explanatory in regards of the issues i pointed out on the form that was filled. And to finish off, ive been charged twice (i did get the refund eventually) but the fees on the website and what i been charged were diferent someone does not knows really what is doing. For me 1st and last time.
