I was a little put off by the reviews at first but I liked the ring so much that I decided to risk it as it was only £30. So glad I did! Absolutely beautiful, have been wearing it constantly for two weeks and it’s still perfect. Super fast delivery too so only have good words to say about them.

I have only ever had great experiences with this company.
I have had the gold plated star necklace for 3 years, I wear it often, and the gold plating has not changed at all.
Also, when there was a confusion with addresses, rock N Rose kindly just sent me a replacement to my current address instead of lots of hassle. Honestly so grateful and the green scarf is simply stunning. I will co tinue to use this company for myself and gifts. (Also packaging is all very beautifully presented). Could not be happier.

I bought the gold Frances ring in Amethyst and it tarnished and turned silver within a month. Really disappointing given that it cost £44 - I wasn’t expecting top quality but I would’ve expected it to last longer. Shame as the ring was so pretty!

Avoid 100%!! Spent £500 on a ring and when it came to enquiring about the ring resize service after purchasing they have ignored my messages on social & email. If you can’t offer a service, don’t advertise that you do. I’ve experienced bad customer service at other companies but never have I been ignored, so disrespectful.

I’m seriously worried about this company. I’ve tried four times to ask them a question about ring sizes and haven’t received one reply. Then, after reading so many negative reviews, I would be crazy to even contemplate buying from them. If they won’t respond to me before I’ve even bought anything, what the heck will they be like once they have my money????
It’s a pity. I so love the ring I’ve seen. But, I won’t be dealing with them!!!

They sent me the wrong ring and despite multiple attempts to make contact with them, I’ve heard nothing back.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase from this company. Received a completely different ring to what I had ordered and the customer service in response to this was appalling. No help was actually offered to me and I was unable to solve my issue as the customer service team eventually just stopped replying to my emails. So know I’m stuck with a ring I didn’t order and I’m £50 out of pocket. As a first time customer, this experience makes it highly likely I will not be buying from this business again. Which is extremely frustrating & disappointing as the products advertised are beautiful.

I bought a pair of holliday hoops over a year ago, they were amazing quality.

HOWEVER I then bought myself an ingrid ring. It is supposedly sterling silver, however it tarnished within my first week of wearing.

I have sent multiple emails, it has been over two months now and no response.

I am extremely dissapointed at the lack of response and care from this company.

Sadly it makes me hesitant to buy from them again.

We had our mums 90th meal here. Was amazing food.was beautiful staff were really nice and very helpful with anything that we needed.

I was gifted one of their gold lockets and from the second day it won't stay closed, which is unfortunate as all of the beautiful design is on the front. We've tried contacting them on multiple occasions with no response. I would have loved to have got the same necklace in silver but after this, I'm not sure I'm willing to risk it

The reviews here are hard to ignore but it must be remembered that people are more likely to speak on a bad experience and not so much a good experience.

My necklace arrived today and everything is perfect right down to the packaging. I opened the box to be greeted with dried flowers which was a beautiful touch. The necklace is Devine and I can feel the quality. Will purchase again.

I paid £32 for a necklace and you'd expect it would be pretty good quality for that price but the clasp broke after one wear. I emailed numerous times and finally received a reply over a month later saying they'd send me a replacement asap and I never received it. So disappointed and will not be ordering from there again. Avoid!

Their products are lovely, but customer service is atrocious. I have written numerous emails, and even reached out to their social media team, to receive no response. I won’t be buying from them again.

My husband ordered me a ruby ring for £43 and paid for delivery. We received the most awful piece of trash - I cannot believe a store can sell cheap tat worth 20p! We tried to send it back, paid again for postage and royal mail sent the item back to us with a ‘delivery address does not exist’ message. After several emails almost 6 months later, we managed to get a refund excluding the postage we paid for twice. I kept the ring in its box in hopes to send it back. Opened it recently, lo and behold, the entire thing has rusted.

Ordered a necklace for my daughters birthday over a month ago now,still not arrived, messaged them several times and no response,won't be using again

I have bought multiple items from this shop - I was really impressed with the packaging, all the packaging was recyclable and my order came with a note to thank me for shopping with a small business. The items I bought were good quality and have not tarnished. Overall very good value for money!
