Unfortunately, we realised that we had mis-sized our rings, completely our own mistake, but the customer service we received afterwards was exceptional. Rock Solid Rings sent replacement sizes out to us while allowing us to keep the original rings so we could properly try on different sizes at home. Once we confirmed the correct fit, we simply returned the incorrect rings using a prepaid envelope, meaning there was no additional cost or inconvenience at all.

The whole process was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely customer-focused.

The quality of the rings themselves has exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. They feel beautifully made, high quality, and we truly couldn’t be happier with them.
