I had liked the oils. But there was a problem with a very small 1 ounce bottle I bought of rose oil for $42. It was only half full and got only 4 drops from it. I took a pic and sent it in. And then asked why it was only half full and only got 4 drops . I received a suggestion that had nothing to do with my question. I replied back and then was given an explanation- which was satisfactory. But probably won’t buy this particular oil again.

I have ordered often on for years from Rocky Mountain oils and I love a select few. Unfortunately, their customer service is awful. I’ve had to call three times to get them to send me something that I ordered because they sent me the wrong thing. I’ve had three people tell me they would contact me the next day. I’ve had three people who did not contact me. I find this unacceptable and if I don’t hear from them tomorrow, I will have to stop payment on the items it’s sad because they do have some good products.

I purchased a 4-ounce bottle of patchouli essential oil in February 2022 from the Rocky Mountain Oils Ebay store, intending to use it for soapmaking. Every time I have tried to use this oil in soapmaking, it caused the soap batter to seize. If you are intending to use these essential oils for soapmaking, I advise you to look elsewhere.

I have spent hundreds on your essential
oils and love them. I have had to phone
into customer service a couple times and while I received courteous assistance, the representatives know next to nothing about essential oils. Please explain why you don't hire American citizens for your customer service team and instead use a Filipino phone service existing in the Philippines. I am considering switching
brands due to your lack of patriotism.

Excellent products. Best prices. With so many essential oil companies out there claiming to be the best, I am truly happy to have found this company. They have pure, excellent quality oils, period. I have done much research and tried other oils, using them for pain, breathing, anxiety. Rocky Mountain is the very best.

I saw a lot of people recommending this website as it has good quality essential oils. I live outside of the US and had some stressful times so I paid the 50$ for expedited shipping. I ended up not getting any package so I checked the tracking number and it said that my order was canceled. I haven’t received any mail informed me of the cancellation or explanation as to why the order was cancelled and wether I was refunded. I sent 3 emails over the following week inquiring about my order and have yet to receive a response.

This is unacceptable. I can’t believe people actually do business with this company they are complete scammers and I have yet to be reported!

Stay away especially if you are international customers!

I tried to go outside of the box and try these oils. I placed two orders. It has been completely awful! First the oil, an oil that I normally use every day from young living- Rocky Mountains oil broke me out.. so I decided to send both orders back. I put oils on my face and on my body and I can’t have stuff that’s breaking me out. So they claim to have a no hassle refund and that’s complete bull!! I’ve had to contact customer service several times still don’t have my refund and then I get an email notification today telling me that I have a partial refund and they’re charging me for a carrot seed oil that I don’t have - that box was never even opened ever! A return label went on it, and it went back. This place is beyond ridiculous.Just stay away!! Now I get to call for the 4th time tomorrow and fight to get my full refund! I still haven’t received my other refund it’s been 3 weeks!

Item not received even though it states on the tracking system that the item is ready for collection, I had to send like 5 emails to get real answers and at the end I was told that is stuck in customs and they will not give me the money back until they receive the parcel back... 160 dollars thrown to the trash apparently....

I had been regularly purchasing oils for RMO. The oils were working for me.
The costumer service was horrible and bizarre. I received a promotional email with a discount code. I placed an order and tried to use the code.
The code did not work I called and explained ,was told that they never send a discount for that amount. I forward the email with the discount code.
Rep says yes that is from us but that she could not give me the discount without sending it to the office. I question this because it will make more work for me I get hung up on. I call back speak with manager that does not like me questioning their policy and says I will not be getting any discount. Then I receive an email saying I will receive the discount and an extra $10.
All very frustrating and disturbing. I no longer purchase from them.
