EU beware. You still have to pay customs, they will blame the customer

You do not have free delivery to EU. You will still need to pay customs charges and Rodial will not help or refund.

The message on their website is a lie, they told me I have to liaise with the customs to avoid fees even though their website states, "Great news, we are now dispatching from the new EU warehouse! No custom duties apply for orders to European Union countries. Your local tax rate will be collected at checkout. Couriers no longer need to contact you to arrange payment for duties and taxes before making the delivery."

They have been extremely unhelpful and refuse to see that they have posted a statement that doesn't reflect the reality of delivery on their help centre with regards to delivery to the EU

Bought the special offer kit but…

Bought the special offer kit but decided against it , had not used it and decided to request a refund . It was within the. 2 week refund period and received a message saying return it. I sent it with my details inside just in a see case but have yet to receive a refund, this is nearly 2 weeks after I sent it . I have emailed and left messages but no response . I found that you have to jump through so many hoops to get a response you cannot speak to a human being . As a pensioner .i cannot afford to lose £60 .
So I finally receive a refund of £40…how is that fair? Cost me to return it and cost over £60 to buy it ! Never touching Rodial again .

Painful rashes from this brand

Every rodial product I have ever tried has given me an instant and horrific rash all over my face, hot, blotchy redness that takes ages to go down. Some of these were the snakes blood and bee venom products but I've tried several and every time has been the same. After these experiences I'm just terrified to ever try them again, even when they are samples or minis I have received. I've used a multitude of skincare brands and products and never had this problem elsewhere.

First class service

This was my first experience with this company and thought I would try a kit that would give my skin a good trial with some of their products. The kit included snake oil drops, retinol oil, eye cream and eye lash/brow serum. I also bought some lip oil and an extra bottle of the retinol oil. I've used them all religiously for a week or so up to now and really like them all. I apply the oil to slightly damp skin to help it spread all over my face, 2-3 drops isn't very much but I find damp skin helps. It's a little early to tell yet but so far my skin is happy. I had a concern with the bottles of snake oil drops looking half empty and emailed and got a reply straight away. I'm thinking maybe the bottles are bigger than the 10ml and without pouring it all out to measure it, I trust I haven't been short-changed. So all in all I'm very happy with the products and service I've had, they couldn't have been any more helpful.

I am disappointed with the bee venom & placenta cream. It sits on the surface of my skin & isn’t absorbed very well.
I have tried to persevere but it isn’t the quality product I was expecting & I regret buying it.
