I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rody Sewing.
I placed an order on November 5, 2023 and never received the package. Despite multiple follow-ups over more than a year, the issue has still not been resolved.
The seller initially provided a UPS tracking number, but there is no delivery confirmation, and UPS was unable to locate the shipment. Instead of investigating properly, the seller keeps asking me to provide proof that the package was not delivered — which is unreasonable, as customers cannot prove a negative. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure delivery or provide valid tracking evidence.
What is most frustrating is that the seller now claims they cannot access tracking information because too much time has passed, effectively leaving the customer without a solution after taking full payment.
There has been no refund, no replacement, and no accountability. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and the responsibility has been shifted entirely onto me.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had by far.
