Second review for Roidschamp. If they are not a scam then they have the worst customer service out of any online business. They will not respond to emails. Their helpdesk from another company still does not work. They do not follow up with the scam reports which is why I am creating a second report in hopes that they may see it. If I do not receive my order rush delivery by next weekend I will have to report this company to the The authorities for fraud. Order number 36222201. When you find or resend my order please be professional and send me an email to the address linked on my account. Two months for American domestic shipping, unacceptable!!!

They took my money talking about a 3 to 5 day business days turnaround for shipment. Well after 21 business days my items are still preparing for shipment and that is based on the tracking number and tracking website they provided. My items are in singapore awaiting shipment. The representative Raphael blamed covid. I'm in vacation now for a week in the Florida Keys and I flew here and rented a vehicle with no hiccups due to covid. These guys are a third party distributor with a 402 area code phone number who get stuff from other manufacturers. If you need stuff go right to them find the manufacturer's and try and use the labs based on the U.K. good luck. This is the second part of my review. It is now Oct. 2nd and I still dont have my items. They are still preparing for shipment. This info I have I obtained from a parcel tracking web site provided by them.
