I won more Than a thousends dollars they do not want to make send my money! I have to deposit 100$ first I tried but I do not have bit coins and staff like that! But Visa card not available so I CAn not make 100$ deposit because not accepted! They do not want send my money!Be Avare! This site SCAM! Do not beleive them!

Strait up garbage. You can do a lot with the system but the dice bot is so unbalanced and unfair it takes the joy of playing completely away. Especially when the dice bot decide you need to roll SEVEN ones in a row followed by NPCs getting nothing but crits on me.

So I am new to online gaming. I have found that their character sheets are cumbersome and some functions do not work, either at all or are buggy. I bought digital books so that I could do basic things, even though I have hard copy books already. My DMs struggle with getting their created content to work quite often. My biggest complaint is the Dice Roller. It ruins the game for me quite often to the point that I want to suggest another platform to my group. Example: Last game session my first 4 attack rolls did not break double digits combined. I rolled a 2,2,2,1, my 4th roll was a 4 on a D20. I failed every saving throw the entire game session, not rolling over a 5 on a D20. When I did actually hit, it was a Critical 20. I know that programs like this are going to be buggy, we can expect some small level of this in any system but I have to wonder if they have a few buggy programmers in their team and for whatever reason, they won't deal with them. I think they could do much better, especially for what my guys pay to use their service.

Oui, il n'est pas aussi bien et poussé que d'autres, il est même très en retard sur certains points, mais je rappelle qu'il est gratuit de base et qu'il reçoit souvent des mises à jour.
La communauté est bienveillante aussi.

Last week, he deactivated my partner account for the same reason, even though I provided proof that I had created the art myself.

So I appealed.

Only to find out the same exact person handled the appeal...and denied it.

Roll20 is a great platform for playing, but their service to struggling partners sucks and seems rigged to me.

I submitted an unhappy review of a purchase, and no one replied. not expecting a refund but expecting a reply.

Even though I complained- they still allow my abusive ex husband to write content here - even though he sends racist, abusive messages to women.

foundry is better and much cheaper. fantasy grounds is cheaper and better

ABSOLUTE SCAM. I have a FREE subscription yet they have charged me every month for more than a year and refuse to respond to my requests for refunds and cancellation of the account. Maybe they will see this and finally respond to me. Give me the f-ing money back.

Roll20 is good, but requires way too much money to use. I spent a good 90 euros for rule books and manuals to run a campaign I was creating just to find out I need to buy a subscription to have assets over 100mbs. A yearly plan cost around 50 euros for the basic one while a yearly for the full version costs 100 euros. If these prices don't bother you, go right ahead as it is a really useful software... But it's an issue to me.

Terrible costs per annum, other virtual tabletops are out there like Foundry and Fantasy Grounds Unity which are cheaper overall and do a much better job. Just crap character sheets for D&D, clunky and a lack of in depth features for combat. Very poor coding. Cannot say I was impressed having done Storm Kings Thunder on it.

It was great at it's beginning... but now, not so much. Roll20 is seriously outdated, and it's not going to change anytime soon - it finally got a dark mode last year... yeah, you know, the thing that is considered a standard for now many years.

If you are a DM who search a VTT to play seriously, Roll20 is not for you. You want to check at Foundry (not free, alright, but only 50 dollars and you are set for LIFE). If you just search a dice roller to do theater of the mind games, then it might work... until you can't stomach the frequent bugs with the dice not rolling and search another alternative.

You should not pay for the extra. Many of those should be now included for free! Roll20 team should be ashamed to not have upped their game until all this time. And I say that as someone who used the website since it exist.

Company did eventually contact me and reverse the charges. Wish it didnt take 4 months. But i do appreciate them fixing it. Orginal post. WONT RESPOND !! CHARGING ME SINCE JAN FOR A DECEASED PARTNERS ACCOUNT. NOW I HAVE TO REFILE AN CANCELATION ON MY CREDIT CARD. AND REATTACH EVERYTHING TO ALL OTHER PAYMENTS all over again. APPRECIATE THE CHARGES TO A LOCKED ACCOUNT OFF MY BLOODY CREDIT. All I get is automated emails with no follow up.. pretty lousy!! Don't recommend!! Absolutely awful!!

Oh neat! A free VTT! What's that? All the useful stuff is behind a ridiculously expensive paywall? So this massive frustration I have can be solved by paying 120 dollars a year? No? I have to reprogram the website myself for that? And I need to pay to be allowed to do that? AMAZING! WHERE DO I SIGN UP

This is a great webapp for playing online TTRPG, but its lacking some great features from the mobile app on the website. Also the website design is ugly

Do not trust them with passwords and personal data. They sell your personal informations to hackers. My password and email address was compromised that way on 20 mars 2019.

The service itself is not terrible but the dynamic lighting system is buggy and the server capacity needs to be increased - sometimes the platform literally freezes

Horrible. It took months for them to respond one time for me. Then they couldnt "find" my account even after I gave them all my details. This conveniently happened when I wanted to return a product from WOTC. They also have a skeleton crew working bugs and cam/voice so dont expect any tech support. I also want to say I have spent 1000 hours and well over a 1000 dollars as a customer
