I have been using Romida in Leatherhead for just over 25 years, and i cant speak highly enough of how good this cricket shop is.

I have cricket stores near me in Farnham , but choose to take the 2 hour round journey for Roimda. They've equipment to suit all budgets, and have some unbelievable bats in stock.

Staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I have spent many an hour deciding on what bat is best for me.

I could write soooo much about this amazing shop.

I recently placed an order with this company and was extremely disappointed. The product description did not match the photo which led to confusion about what I was actually purchasing. It felt like a case of mis-selling.

When I reached out for a refund their response was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. They refused to take any responsibility despite the unclear listing and shut down communication rather than trying to resolve the issue.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from the Rochdale store. I ordered two cricket tops on-line for my son. When I received these, one had a large number of pulls in the fabric. I rang the store and they advised me to return it, which I did at my own expense. After around 6 months of chasing, the store finally came back to me saying the defects were due to wear and tear (note the top had not been worn and was returned as supplied) and hence they would not replace or refund the top. They offered to return the (faulty) top to me only if I paid postage (for the third time). With two sons playing cricket we have spent significant sums of money on cricket equipment at the Leatherhead store. However, with this treatment of customers I will look to shop elsewhere in the future.

Best quality. Fast delivery. Highly recommend.

Been coming to the Rochdale store for years and the customer service is always top class. The staff are knowledgable and always on hand to help with any questions

Phoned up to get a cricket chest guard that isn't in stock anywhere in the UK; the gentleman on the phone called the manufacturer to find one and was just really helpful. I have become used to getting bad service everywhere now, so this was a lovely surprise.

Appalling customer service at Rochdale site.
When asked if they offer any discount (natural question to ask when purchasing items) the answer was no and was also told that if the manager was there he would have told me to me f*** **f. The reason I had asked for the discount was because the previous bat I had purchased in Sep 23 cracked from handle and toe and the price of the new bat we selected was at a significantly higher price and I didn’t want to go ahead with the same brand.
While I was there, there was another customer who wanted to buy few balls but the customer was refused to take the cricket ball in his hands as it was against their company policy to avoid customers stealing the cricket balls and putting them in their bags. How can someone buy something without even having a feel.
I have visited so many cricket shops in my life but never experienced this sort of bad customer service. I will not go back there again and will advise others to be very careful before they decide to go or purchase anything item from this shop!

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a voucher for a birthday present. They charge £4 for delivery and supposedly be 1st class tracked by Royal mail. The voucher had not been delivered and I contacted their support. They didn't seem interested and just told me that they can't track the delivery and Royal mail have it. Still nothing arrived they day before our friends birthday. I contacted them again and asked for a refund letting them know that it would be too late and needed to sort something else as a present. I was told that I couldn't refuse the delivery and they would get onto Royal mail and chase it up. 2 days later and still no reply to any of my emails since asking for a refund. I have explained that we are renting the property we are staying and the delivery address of the voucher. We travel back to the Northeast early Sunday morning and won't be at the rental to accept the voucher. They say that they can't stop the delivery and have it returned to them. I just want a refund, but they don't want to listen.

Amazing service received, Sam and Josh in particular. Placed an order online and they contacted us to explain how our order was mismatched in sizes. Their knowledge and customer care to ensure we received the correct items was beyond what you’d class a Good Customer Service. Thanks, my son is really looking forward to his receiving his order.

I went to the store in Huddersfield and it's one of the best cricket store I've been to in the UK. Very good service and had exactly what I needed at a good price. I bought edge tape and a small arm guard (also known as a wrist guard). Will definitely be going there again.

If I could give a rating of zero I would. Turned up at 8.45am this morning (opening hours 9-6 on a Friday as per their website) and no sign of anyone. Waited until 9.30am, tried to call them, no sign of life. My wife called them after 10am where the guy explained they had changed to winter hours. When my wife pointed out it would be useful to update the website he hung up on her.

Disgusting and will let everyone know never to use this store.
