RW4Y  Opiniones

They was helpful when ordering the items
And after care was good

Blind was delivered on the date expected.
Am very happy with the blind, it looks good (nice green colour) and is effective in blocking the heat.
Everything listed in the fitting instructions leaflet was there. Instructions clear and easy to follow.

Intelligent and responsive. Had been searching for a window component with no luck. RW4Y sorted it

Very helpful and a great service. Helped me identify the exact part I needed, only low in value on an older Fakro roof window but provided great service when other companies would likely not.
Will use this company again without doubt and happy to recommend.

The goods came when they said they would. All the bits were there.
The only markdown is that the lead time was quite long.

Good phone communication
And quick delivery

Great Service! Wonderful customer service. Replied to all my questions.
Superb windows and blinds.
Best company ever !

This is a trustworthy and very reliable company. I purchased a handrail for a loft ladder, which came exactly as described. It was the correct product, and was suitably packaged to keep it protected and safe. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

The customer service was brilliant. I had an issue with delivery and the Email team was able to help me resolve it.

Easy to purchase arrived on time. Product fit well as a replacement for existing which broke

Excellent service and helpful advice. Product excellent.

I cannot comment on the blinds as they were ordered on behalf of a client. However, the delivery was appalling with the most discourteous driver I have EVER encountered. He was having difficulty finding the property and was so rude on the 'phone that I hung up. He handed the items (which were large and heavy) to my client and offered no assistance in carrying them. It is obvious that my client has a severely bad back but no offer was forthcoming. RW4Y - you need to investigate this because if reflects so badly on your company.

Quickly identified correct replacement window part and quickly delivered it to me.

Good price, fast delivery. Window blind works a treat.

Great product and Service. No issue with product with lots of information. Happy to recommend family and friends

Responded very quickly to my query over missing window bits and all solved as soon as was possible.

Fantastic company to deal with, Claire was so helpful with my endless queries. Would definitely recommend and use again. Windows arrived quickly and we're really pleased with the finished look.

Product arrived in good condition. Not easy to install but manageable. Looks good once installed.

Tony was super helpful, responsive, on time and most importantly sorted out our doors.

Prompt delivery service and good product, straight forward installation.
