Roomart Store UK Opiniones

Package open product damaged. Customer services unavailable by phone so had to not accept the item. This was an expensive spend and i hope a replacement in good order soon follows but have no way to tell when….if no acknowledgment or replacement in 3 days i will expect a refund.

Really happy with my purchase. The Dora cabinet looks lovely and makes the laundry area look much tidier. It’s practical and looks great too. Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend RoomArt!

Victoria the customer service assistant was fantastic, she has ordered a product that wasn’t available on the online store to match the product I wanted to purchase. Thank you very much

I wanted a laundry storage tower for my new utility room, and RoomArt were fantastic in answering my multiple questions, sending additional information and providing guidance to make the design and build seamless. I can't fault their support, and the product is very high quality and finished beautifully. Thankyou!

I’m very pleased with my washer cabinet from Roomart — it’s sturdy, well-designed and looks very great once assembled. Although one panel arrived with a small chip, customer service responded quickly and resolved it with professionalism.

Excellent support and a great overall experience. I would happily buy from them again.

Really pleased with this company. Customer service was spot on quick to reply, genuinely helpful, and kept me in the loop throughout.

The unit feels properly sturdy and well made, and the design is clean and modern without looking too much. The best bit is having the appliance raised to a sensible height so much easier on the back. The pull out shelf is a brilliant touch for sorting laundry and the extra storage is so roomy.

Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with our purchase of the Dora utility unit. The quality of the product is super, clear & simple instructions are provided regarding assembly. Great value for money.
Communication with the company is great too, very transparent and responsive.
Thank you Room Art.

Order placed and despatched quickly, item was sent on a pallet but you aren’t able to set or change a delivery date so luckily the driver was able to leave the order in a safe place (it was very wet so luckily it was wrapped up.) the item arrived and 1 part was faulty which was replaced an arrived and that wasn’t on a pallet and arrived a day later than planned with APC but that time the box wasn’t wrapped and on a few wet day the box couldn’t be moved without the unit falling out. Luckily the replacement inside and the original mixed together now completes the unit. From doing research they sell via B&Q and Wayfair going direct is much cheaper. Communication can be a little slow but the director who I spoke with was very polite and helpful hence the reason for the 5 stars as it could’ve been lower.

Order from roomart not too long ago. The Dora cupboard for washing machine, in anthracite and the product has like for like with pictures on website. Highly recommend as the build of the units were sold. The only issue I had was regarding delivery as I was unaware that it would be delivered on a pallet. The driver was unfortunately not helpful. He mentioned his insurance would not cover it. Apart from this very happy with my purchase.

Ordered black oak cabinets from Roomart and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. From the outset, their customer service was spot on, quick to reply, clear with information and never pushy. The samples we requested arrived very quickly, which made it much easier to choose the right finish without any second guessing. The cabinets themselves look smart and well made, exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, it all felt very straightforward and professional.I’d be very happy to use Roomart again.

We bought a new washer dryer stacker unit with doors and are very pleased with it. The instructions didn’t come out of the boxes, so I contacted the company and they sent a digital copy in no time. The product felt a bit weak at first, but once it was fixed to the wall it’s sturdy and very well made. My wife is so happy, as it saves so much space and looks smart.

I Purchased a washer dyer cabinet from Roomart and I can honesty say this has been an all round great experience. The price changed due to Black Friday deals and the difference in price was immediately refunded back to me, the communication was instant and received answers within 20 minutes of the enquiry, Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, would definitely recommend and purchase again from this company.

I had a really good experience ordering the product I wanted. It wasn’t originally available for delivery to the UK on the website, so I emailed customer service. They called me back very quickly and told me they could sort it out for me — even though the product wasn’t listed in the UK catalogue. I also asked for the widest cabinet, and they kindly agreed to deliver it at the same price as the smallest one. They even arranged the remaining item directly from the factory, which normally doesn’t deliver to the UK. I’m really satisfied with their service — very competent and helpful people. Highly recommended!

Great company. Amazed by the level of customer care and service. From my initial enquiries to the delivery of the product I cannot fault the communication. Also delighted with the product. Highly recommended

Just got a washing machine cabinet from Roomart and I love it! Super easy to set up, looks really nice in my laundry area, and makes the space feel a lot more organised. Great quality for the price. Definitely happy with this purchase!

We’ve purchased two sets of bathroom furniture and a washing machine cabinet for our clients. The products are well made, sturdy, and easy to install. Customer service has been excellent on each occasion. The boxes are quite heavy, but delivery has always been quick and safe. So far so good — highly recommended.

Excellent product and service. I'm so happy with my new cabinet, its so smart and arrived earlier than I expected. Highly recommend.

In the beginning I ordered some units and a representative of the Olcay queried my order to check that is correct. I had wanted the tall cabinets with top box. These were not available at the time. However Olcay said she would make the products I really wanted live on the website so I could order exactly what I wanted but would have to wait three weeks. For me this was perfect. Three weeks later the cabinets arrived. There was a small issue with the delivery but this was sorted in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality goods and service. Would definitely use again. Thanks again Olcay.
