Easy set up, great customer service, free use of the moving van for 1 day.
I could not fault.

Straight up the staffing are amazing and very helpful in showing me how to get in and out and the phone app. So easy. The price is great and I got a big one . I feel fine with locking up my stuff knowing it is well looked after.

Dee and Scot are perfect for the people to give you all the information you need and are so delightful to be around.
I’m not too fond of IT but Dee guided me so patiently on how to use it for the entry into the storage area.
It actually was a fun experience on a very important decision that I have made.

Scott was amazing in helping and listening to exactly what I needed regarding storage. Yes its storage, it might seem simple. But I needed some complex help.
He made us feel welcome and valued.
He also made sure I know exactly how the system works and to navigate the App. Im not good with technology, yet he was so patient. Scott was very professional, even offered us some coffee. That was so nice.

Scott and team are very professional helpful, absolutely welcoming and approachable! The premises ate top notch, instructions to access unit a breeze! Love the convenience and use of the complimentary trolleys, soo helpful given the amount of our belongings.

Excellent service from Scott who explained everything so clearly and showed us the unit and explained access etc.. Very impressed with the friendly and professional service and the facility is spotless. Would definitely recommend to others.

Scott and Di are a caring, professional team at the new Roomia Butler storage facility.
They both try to give a personal experience to fit the individual customer needs.

Completing everything online and being given an app to use to access the site/storage made this so simple. We needed something last minute (on a weekend) and we literally got access within five minutes of signing up. I have used a few of these facilities (more for work than personally which this was). I could not recommend a better provider.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, facilities, always clean and tidy, better prices and they do not continuously increase prices like other places do every few months.

I think the facility was good, no issues there, however I think what actually made it a 5-star experience was the staff behind the scenes. Scott and his team were great to deal with and more than helpful.

The whole process was so easy. From my first enquiry I received a quick response, met Scott on site and viewed the area. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. we were very impressed with the facility.

Needed to change the date for the lease i got and it wasn't a problem.the staff are very welcoming and friendly
