Scott, from Butler Roomia Storage was amazingly helpful in helping my family and I with our dilemma of needing a place to store a house full of stuff for a short amount of time before moving into our new place. To make it easier and less stressful on us, he provided a great solution at an affordable price and a unit that was easily accessible to move stuff in and out without the hassle. We will be sure to use Roomia again in the future and many thanks to Scott for his support and amazing customer service :)

Extremely helpful service on setting up the app and introductions we would never had done it without help
I had trouble doing online booking but rung the office for help which did help enormously
The storage is very good , learnt how to get in and out which is very easy with the app

Staff have been very helpful and super friendly. The whole process has been simple and quick. Love the efficiency and even the recommendations on good removalists which I needed.

A must for storage
Scott and Denise made the whole process so easy. Great communication, great deal and love how easy it is to access my unit 24/7 via the app. Denise run through the whole process so I understood how to work everything, and the free courtesy van was a great help.
This is an amazing set up and highly recommend Roomia. 5 stars!
