My experience with Roomia Self Storage.
I found Ben very helpful, in explaining how Roomia self storage operates. What they can help me with. Their prices were exceptional great. Prices that I could afford. 24/7 security, and access. A van to assist with moving my property, to Roomia. And a friendly and honest attitude towards, welcoming me to Roomia Self storage.

From the minute I made contact with Roomia’s Chirnside park I found Ben to be extremely supportive and helpful. The first unit I chose was not suitable and Ben went above and beyond to find an alternative that would accommodate my goods. When I moved in he was there to help with great advice for packing and the best way to store my belongings. A friendly wave when I turned up to the unit was always a nice touch. Great work to Ben and his team.

Never had an issue
Never had an issue. Good access. No issues with access. Facility was always clean and safe and reasonable temp, secure, no vermin. Always trolleys available. Large lift always working. Customer service great. Would recommend!

First time listener and first time Roomia user!
I came form Kennards Preston who I had a great expeirence with interms of security, price and service. Due to move from Reservoir to Croydon Nth, I had to find a closelocation to support work needs. Competitors too far away or unit/service levels werent satisfactory. Roomia closest and thankfully so.
Experience:
Seamless service and support to chose the right unit.
Informative and transparent with agreement
Hire Van process and experience top notch.
Ben's advice and knowledge is invaluable and helped me make my decision. More than happy to recommend Roomia to others and highlight Ben's attention to detail when arranging storage.
