I recently used Roomia at their Minchinbury location and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. The entire process was smooth and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. Sarah and Vicki were especially helpful, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions. They made everything simple and stress-free.

Lovely clean premises with helpful staff
Lovely clean premises. Ideal position just off the highway with easy access. But the highlight of our experience was the staff especially Vicki who was so helpful and calmly addressed all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

The pricing was somewhat elevated
The pricing was somewhat elevated; however, the services provided were satisfactory. I possessed a small garage for parking my motorcycle, yet the associated cost did not meet my expectations. A reduced fee would have been preferable, enabling extended use. Fees varied across locations or suburbs, with some areas being more affordable than others. My residence was situated in Michinbury, whereas Saint Mary's offered more affordable rates.
For almost 2 months, I didn't use it because I was a bit hesitant.

Vicki and Sarah were very helpful. I came in wishing to help my ninety four year old mother store her belongings. Vicki and sarah were very welcoming as my ninety four year old mother didnt understand how to get into the facility they were very helpful overall five stars. The two of them were an awesome bunch. If i could give a ten star rating i would.

Vicki went beyond and above at the Minchinbury location. Given my parents had to facilitate the removalists at the storage unit, she was simply amazing and extremely helpful

Website is super easy to book a storage unit online without the need to go into the office.
JOSHUA, at the minchinbury office is great to communicate with, very polite and happy to help with any enquiries.
Grounds are kept clean.
