Best Storage Company!
The lady in reception was so lovely to deal with, very friendly which always made phone calls that much nicer! I hate calling places and talking to someone who has less personality than a brick wall. So massive praise to her, shes a gem and made everything easy! The facility is secure, well lit and very clean. I couldnt have been happier with my unit. Nothing got damaged or dirty. Ive had issues with other storage companies having dirty units etc. I went to pick my stuff up from one interstate before moving to SA and everything was covered in dirt and there was water marks on the inside of my unit.
Could not be happier with Roomia, all my belongings, including my expensive Snap On toolbox, were in the same condition they were in when i put them into storage. I worried my toolbox may cop a bit from salt air, but its still immaculate!

The place was clean
The place was clean, always had access. Anytime I had a problem, ie paying an account the office was very helpful.

Fantastic secure facility
Very well maintained, well managed facility. Really friendly staff who are on the ball. I had no idea how long I was going to need the unit but it was easy to come and go and grab things and add things as I needed. The staff were so on the ball they even knew when I'd moved out! I wasn't sure if I wasn't going to be able to move everything over one weekend so I didn't notify them I was finishing up. They had their eye on things and called me Monday morning to see how it was going and if I was ready to finish my lease, so it saved me a phone call in all the craziness of moving! Highly recommend and will use again when needed.

Temporary storage
We needed some temporary space to unload and store a container of furniture for a short period of time. The staff were extremely helpful even knowing it was only a short term lease. If I could give more stars I would.
