Quick and easy
Signing up for a unit was quick and easy. The month to month lease agreement provides excellent flexibility for us while we navigate a home renovation of unknown duration.

Good service over two years years
We used the service for two years (so pre-Roomia at the outset). Staff were very helpful in setting up and again with advice on exiting. Like everything the price increased over this period so did become an expensive exercise. But overall happy with the service and the facilities.

Courtesy Storage Tips Checklist
The guys on the desk were super helpful, with finding me a new unit that wasn't susceptible to dust egress due to having an open wire mesh ceiling. This hadn't clicked with me when I first rented the unit. Also it would be good if you provided tenants with a Courtesy Storage Tips List. It is my fault but I have had some moth /weevil damage to some good blankets. A reminder/tip to put such items in plastic bags would have been all I needed to prompt such action on my behalf and prevent insect damage. Otherwise all good.
Dust from the South Road upgrade is also concerning, some action to mitigate this would be good.

Pretty good storage place
I stored here for a long time so it was pretty good. Staff were usually helpful and friendly and I never, ever had any issues with my unit or storage. The rates are not bad either. However, there's only one lift to service 2 upper floors, which means it can take a really, really long time to move items in/out. And there's probably not enough trolleys available to move items unless it's quiet. The roller doors are unfortunately automatic, so u can still be moving items and they shut on you or they just don't all open, restricting access if its a little busy. Other than these things though, I would still recommend for storage, just try to go when its quiet.
