I booked my room for Xcaret Mexico via Roomongo three days before the check in date. It was by far the best price, approx. 60% cheaper than the cost of going straight thru Xcaret website. The cost was similar to that od going thru a member but without having to listen to a membership presentation. I was definitely worried but when I arrived, but everything went smooth, i received a Xcaret Wish list sent to my email from Roomongo. i was picked up at Cancun airport, they had my reservation and everything went well. I recommend!

I had read some reviews about using Roomongo through Reddit and was pretty skeptical to book my trip to Xcaret Hotel Mexico. Did a lot of research and even read all the reviews on here and decided to trust this website and go for it. I even called the hotel myself to make sure my reservation was showing up, which it was. Overall, my experience went smooth with no issues and we had a great time. They have the best prices and I will continue to use Roomongo to book my future trips. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company is wonderful. Great discounts, great customer service. I had a family emergency and the owner worked with me personally to come up with a solution. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!!

I'm a first-timer using Roomongo. I was hesitant at first because of how unbelievable their prices were/are compared to other competitors for my upcoming trip to Xcaret Mexico. So far, my experience has been top-notch!! I love that they do a double confirmation--- meaning that they independently call the hotel to ensure that booking is 100% received & there won't be any discrepancies upon check-in. I will definitely continue to use Roomongo for all future bookings!!!

I was a little skeptical at first because of the incredibly good rates. However, my experience has been fantastic so far. I had a question that was answered immediately by customer support. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, and everything is confirmed and legit! Thanks Roomongo! you're a hidden gem and I will definitely use you again.

I first read about Roomongo on a Reddit thread. After some research of additional Reddit threads, Trust Pilot, etc I decided to cancel my vacation on Orbitz and rebook with Roomongo. Best choice ever! I had never had a problem with Orbitz before but every time I tried to call the resort to confirm my reservation, they didn’t have it. This was concerning because it’s not a cheap trip and I didn’t want to arrive and not have a room. When I booked with Roomongo I immediately received a confirmation number. I called the resort the next day and they had my reservation. Roomongo also calls the resort themselves to confirm and lets you know they did this. I wanted to upgrade my room when I noticed the pricing changed, after a quick email to their customer support, this was updated. Patrick, their owner, has been amazing! I will definitely use Roomongo going forward and recommend to everyone. My trip is not for another couple of months but I feel confident the booking will be no problem with Roomongo. Also, their pricing can’t be beat!

The rates weren't just great, the customer service was as good as I've ever experienced. I didn't have to go through a bot or AI; I spoke with Patrick, and he seemed genuinely excited about the trip my wife and I have planned, not just thankful for my business. Once you book through them, you won't book anywhere else again. Make sure to recommend them to your friends and family.

Patrick made everything so smooth for our baby moon. When the room I was looking for had been booked before I had a chance to finish my booking, I reached out to Patrick and he found a few great options for me to make it work.
We love the resort so much we decided to extend for an extra day. They made it happen while we were enjoying ourselves in the sun.

Roomongo will be my first stop prior to booking any future hotels/resorts. I used roomongo to book Hotel Xcaret Mexico and saved thousands of dollars. No problem at check-in and they double checked the booking for me prior to arriving. Highly highly recommend to everyone!

Someone there (u/Darkside091) knew Patrick, said the company was legit (I wasn't sure). But looked up Roomongo and liked what I saw in the reviews. Gotta give Reddit credit (and u/Darkside091) for getting me to your site. I saw the Roomongo price for my room (which was an upgrade from what I had originally booked with Xcaret) ...it was only $300 more for the entire stay and a much better price than I could get anywhere. I immediately cancelled my original reservation and booked with Roomongo! Seamless experience, intuitive website, and a great deal. Thank you, Patrick and Roomongo!
